Enter the beach from our private neighborhood deeded beach access or the Santa Clara Public Beach Access which has bathrooms, seasonal lifeguards, an access/ramp (perfect for strollers, wagons and coolers) and parking. We are located only just over 1 mile from the town of Seaside in Seagrove, and are just a quick walk or bike ride to sugar-white sand beaches and crystal-clear water.

Nestled down a quiet beach road (walk or bike ride to beach), Driftwood Cottage has a wooded yard, provides privacy and tranquility to read a book on the screened in porch, drink a glass of wine around the fire pit or toss a football around in the yard. Just kick back and enjoy all a 30A vacation has to offer.

Driftwood Cottage is an open concept ranch that has a comfortable living area with a large 65 inch Smart TV, perfect to watch a movie or catch a game. There is also a dining space and a kitchen complete with everything you would need to make a wonderful meal. The exterior space is a favorite among guests There is a spacious screened in porch with comfy chairs and an outdoor dining table that overlooks a fully fenced yard and lush greenspace. There is also a spacious front porch with rockers for a conversation or to sip coffee and get ready for the day. Outside there is a gas grill and an abundance of green space to enjoy outdoor games or to just run around and play. There is a also a fire pit.. perfect for a cooler night stay. The cottage comes with 6 Adult bikes.

The cottage has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and sleeps 6. The Master has a KING bed and full bath / shower and Smart TV to stream your favorite TV shows. The 2nd bedroom offers a QUEEN with Smart TV. There is a brand new queen sleeper sofa.

Biking is the preferred method of travel on 30A, so slow down and let your senses guide your discovery. Spend plenty of time soaking in the all-natural setting, whether that's on the sugar-white sand while the waves lap at your feet or exploring Eastern Lake or biking along the Timpoochee Trail. Driftwood Cottage is a short bike ride to area favorites like Cowgirl Kitchen, Café 30A & the heart of Seaside!

Our beach neighborhood's collection of lush oak trees, magnolias and laid back, yet luxurious lifestyle, make it a favorite for long-time Santa Rosa beach visitors. Be our guest at Driftwood Cottage!!

Early Check-In at 1pm or Late Check-Out at 12 Noon when available is $150 each.

This is the perfect place if you plan to bring your dog! Our dog loved the screened porch! Everything you need is provided. The neighborhood is quiet and close to many outdoor and restaurant options. The beds, couch, and chairs are comfy. The great room is very spacious. The only downside is the tiny showers. But, it is nice to have two bathrooms.

Really great empty nest vacation for my lovely wife and I (and our 4 pooches). The location was far enough away from ‘busy’ to be private but close enough for a quick walk to the beach. The house was immaculate when we arrived. All appliances worked very well and kitchen was very well-stocked with whatever is needed for cooking. The back porch was very relaxing and the screens were great for keeping out the mosquitoes. If you wander off the back porch to walk around, be sure to use a repellent. Mosquitoes lie in wait. One item of note, if you are a big person, be aware the showers are pretty small. I’m not a huge guy, but decent sized. I struggled a bit bumping my arms and shoulders. The local food is amazing and Publix is just up the road. 30A is very busy so plan accordingly if you want to walk to the beach. Most people will stop at the many crosswalks.There are bikes available too, which we rode around several times. There is some construction, but it really wasn’t much of a distraction. Overall, if you are looking for a small house near Seaside, check this out!

We had a wonderful vacation! House is tucked in close to the woods, very quiet and cozy yet close to the beach. House is very clean, beds are super comfortable, great communication with the host. We hope to come back next year!

Well decorated cute stay

The cottage was cutely decorated, and the location provided easy driving distance to various beach access points along 30A. The house was meticulously clean and the kitchen was well supplied with cooking and eating utensils. Appreciated the drip coffee and Keurig coffee options, as well as the fenced-in back yard for the dogs. I recommend staying here without hesitation.

The house was perfect for our party of 3 adults and one small dog. The beds wereextra comfortable, the fenced in yard was awesome for our pup, and the screened porch was nice for our morning coffee and to relax in the evening. The kitchen as well stocked with everything we needed.

Beautifully decorated, spotless little beach cottage! We had everything we needed. Loved the screened in back porch, loved it more when the deer showed up daily! Close to the beaches which were very crowded but who cares? Not fond of Rocu but we didn't watch much TV, so it was fine. Only complaint is the island in the kitchen was too high and interfered with opening the fridge. Nice quiet area away from the bustle of 30A. We would return in a heartbeat!

Spring break chaperone

Beautiful place in a beautiful location!

We had an amazing Thanksgiving week stay. This house was perfect for our family of five along with our little dog. It was in a private wooded location yet still close to all of the action.

Amazing Vacation

Great location and perfect size

We had a good time while staying here. The house was clean, location was great, the size of the house was perfect for us, and the bikes were a big plus. Communication with the host was super fast even if it was not related to the rental topic. We would absolutely stay there again. Recommended

This cottage is a very good stay. Everything is as described in the listing. The cottage was in excellent condition and is located in a very quiet area. The fenced in backyard was perfect for my dog. We really enjoyed our stay here. We would definitely stay here in our next visit to the area.

Super cute house in a great location. Perfect for our family of 4 plus our fur baby. LOVED the included bikes. I honestly thought they would be old bikes but the bikes are VERY nice. We used them quite often.
