If you are looking for a condo on the mountain- you can not get any closer! We traveled as a party of active adults- running, hiking, and exploring Stratton. Here are our highs and lows:Great location, amazing views, thank you for the wood for the fire place! Bathroom was very clean and the bunk-bedroom was refreshed with a comfortable mattress.Condo is needing a refresh. Kitchen (yes, we cooked all but one meal) had an ancient stove (early 1980's- 40 years old) I was afraid to start the oven, pans and pots were not non-stick (and there was no Pam spray) and there was literally only one of each pan, pot or tool (1 spatula, 1 mixing bowl, 1 frying pan). There were no cleaning products, not even a sponge, to clean the kitchen and bathroom with. The living room had an older sofa that smelled of many prior users and the sofa bed/ mattress was collapsing on itself. There were not enough bath towels for the number of guests the house can accommodate. This condo could be a great vacation location, but right now it is a good crash pad for college students.
