This beautiful condo has everything your looking for!

This condo has it all. Beautiful views from multiple glass sliding doors. Master bedroom mattress was very comfortable. All new appliances. The grounds and pool area were so beautiful and clean. The ocean was literally steps away. The free daily beach service was great. I didn't have to bring my beach chairs from home and carry them out each day as in other resorts we have stayed previously. My husband and I had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay here again. The owner of the unit is very pleasant to work with. The location was great as well. The unit was also very clean and nicely decorated. Parking area is very close to elevator which made it very convenient to come and go easily. There is a newer Winn Dixie grocery store right across the street. It is worth checking out. This store has lots of delicious ready made food items that were delicious. This condo also close to scenic 30-A. What a beautiful drive. I just can't say enough about this wonderful condo. Hope you enjoy your visit to this beautiful area as much as my husband and I did. We will definitely be back to enjoy the beautiful Destin area and this relaxing condo at the Cresent complex again.

Great Week in the Awesome Condo

This is our 2nd time staying in this awesome condo on the 4th floor of the Crescent, Miramar Beach in Destin. Fantastic location directly on the gulf with amazing views. This is such a convenient location with a variety of dining options, groceries, shopping, children activities, etc. The condo itself is outstanding....beautiful, modern decor, new kitchen appliances, excellent furniture, washer/dryer, flat screen TV's, etc. The Crescent is a very desirable complex with one of the best pool areas we've seen in Destin (been to a variety of properties over the years), exercise room, video rooms, etc. Excellent security to include gated parking and security to pool area.

The condo owner is an excellent person to work with, and another main reason why we plan to come back anytime we get the chance,

Owner's Response: Awesome always having returning guests. Thank you for the review and good words. Yes newly upgraded with paint, appliances, bedding, tiled kitchen back splash, and soon new lighting and bigger wall mounted TV's for guests to enjoy, This is first upgrade since 1998. I got rid of the SHAG carpet too. :)

ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING-FROM SUNRISE TO SUNSET- ALONG WITH MOONLIT & STAR FILLED SKIES!!

I had the pleasure of spending the month of Dec. at "The Crescent" I have been visiting Destin since 1997 & have stayed in many places. This beautiful Condo is easily my favorite spot! Old scenic Hwy. 98 is within easy walking/biking distance of EVERYTHING! There were several days my car never left the lot. The grounds & property are exceptionally immaculate & comparable to a 5 star resort with the lush tropical vegetation. The heated pool is sparkling clean-my swim felt like bath water! The Condo itself was very clean, spacious & very comfortable. Everything you could possibly need & more! My favorite spot was the large "L" shaped covered balcony with it's sweeping west views. I absolutely loved spending much of my time there outdoors- in any weather! There is a area in the sun which was a perfect spot for reading or watching nature & beach activities. On the cooler days, there is a nice private area off the master bedroom & living room which is sheltered from the wind or rain. You are so close to the shore you can hear the waves break, yet very private! It was so nice to wake from the super comfy. king sized bed & look out the floor to ceiling, sliding glass doors & seeing the sun rising over the sparkling white sand & aqua/turquoise gulf water! All of which can be viewed from almost every room of the unit. I also, enjoyed long daily walks on the cleanest, whitest sandy beach you will find. Or, I could hop on my bike & ride the paved bike path which is just across the lane of the complex. There are several local coffee shops or restaurants who offer delicious "fresh catch of the day" lunch specials. The Surf Hut is right next door & Pompano Joe's is a walk away. Also, in the Destin Harbor- BoShampp's is fantastic! The Harbor is a fun place to shop, walk along the boardwalk & watch the local fishing fleet return with their daily catches, along with many restaurants & entertainment venues. Also, the most beautiful sunsets you will experience anywhere -other than your own private balcony at the condo of course. If you decide to cook at home-the kitchen is well equipped for any type of meal you desire. I can't say enough about this slice of heaven on earth! The complex staff is very accommodating & the owner Jimmy, was the first one to respond to any questions or inquiries I may have had at anytime. My wish is for everyone who reads this review to stay here & have the same wonderful experience of living on the beach in paradise as I did!!

Once full payment is received thru VRBO online payments, Southern Resorts will send you check in information 1-2 weeks before you arrive. They will be available to assist if you have any issues during your stay.They'll send you info regarding the gate codes/door codes/beach chair info WiFi password etc. in a prearrival email and you will not need to go to their office as the door code will be in the email.
