Benjamin thanks for renting my condo. I'm glad you had a nice stay. I do need to respond to your comments. I've owned since 1998 and rented ever since. Never once have I had a guest complain about the paper towels and toilet paper. I've had same cleaning crew now for 5 years. The paper products are a starter for your trip. Guest needs to supply more. Rugs are changed after each stay, wahed, reused in the future. Can't wash rugs with rubber backing or many other rug types are too large. They suffice fine and never had any complaints before. I'd not accept them leaving them out for next guest after use by another. Sorry if you felt the amount of your trip was not up to the experience. 1/3 of the total cost is fees, taxes, cleaning resort fee admin fee. Thank you again.
