Welcome to your next vacation at the Antigua. Fabulous, fully upgraded 8th floor OCEAN-FRONT condo has free wifi, and comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a COMFY pull-out queen size sofa. Wake up to stunning, unobstructed views of the beach and ocean through wall-to-wall windows in both the living room and master bedroom. You're only steps from the beach, and the seasonally heated outdoor pool open mid-May until early October. Our private beachfront picnic/activity area is always open. This centrally-located condo is walking distance to great restaurants, shops, mini golf, bowling and Ocean City's largest supermarket (ACME). When it's time to travel further than walking distance, hop on the Ocean City Beach Bus to the boardwalk with an all-day pass - there's a bus stop right outside on 86th St. Or drive just a few miles to Bethany, Assateague Island and Fenwick Island State Park.

***NOTE: Renters must arrive by 5pm during the off season: October - Memorial Day. And by 9pm during the summer.

RENTAL INFORMATION:

- Minimum [3] night stay, except during July & August
- Maximum amount of occupants per stay: [6] occupants
- NO SMOKING
- NO PETS
- Renters must arrive by 5pm from October - Memorial Day and by 9pm during the summer
- Building Registration Fee for parking pass during summer season:
(Memorial Day - Oct. 15). You must register upon arrival. IF the office is closed when you arrive, you can park overnight but you must register for your parking pass by 11am the next morning.

WHAT WE PROVIDE & WHAT YOU BRING:
- We provide the following: bed pillows, bed blankets, beach chairs, dish detergent, liquid hand soap, and cleaning supplies
- Renters are responsible for bringing: bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, and paper products

HEALTH & SAFETY:
In response to COVID-19, we are taking extra precautions to ensure guests stay healthy and remain COVID-free. Before and after each stay, the unit is professionally deep cleaned, with specific emphasis on sanitizing high-touch areas like doorknobs, cabinet handles, and remote controls. Once here, guests are highly encouraged to follow proper health & safety protocols from the CDC. During the winter months, the building is fairly empty, making it easier to social distance.

Absolutely stunning view with kind host that offered flexibility!!!! The condo could use a deep clean. The showers had pink mold, baseboards and and tile very dirty, and stained blankets were left in the master. The living room sofas were filthy and full stains. Great location and view but cleanliness needs some upgrading.

Oceanfront Condo -85th street

The sunrise views were amazing and you didn’t even have to leave the place for the exceptional beach and ocean view. The location was ideal. Easy access to the beach in the pool as well as located close to some of Ocean City’s best restaurants. There were plenty of stores close by if there was anything you need during your stay. Additionally, the place was clean and well maintained. Communication with the property owner was excellent.

Family beach vacation

We had such a lovely family beach vacation. This condo is a perfect location - it has a calm beach area with an amazing bank of windows inside to watch the ocean and your beach gear, a central location to activities and food, a quiet building, and a great pool to enjoy. The condo itself is well-equipped, very clean, and extremely comfortable to live in. We found ourselves constantly drawn to the windows to watch the ocean and beach.

Had a great stay, great location and beautiful views from living room and master bedroom of sunrise. The owner Ellen was very prompt to respond and great to work with. Only complaint is the plugs in kitchen aren’t set up very good to use but we made do for coffee and toaster.

As a television producer living in Washington DC, I found the MD/DEL beaches to be a great escape from city life. After coming to the Eastern Shore most of my life, I discovered the amazing beaches in Ocean City to be the perfect pandemic getaway. I love the inlet and boardwalk, but really appreciate the midtown area due to the great restaurants, friendly people, amazing sunsets over the bay and the quieter vibe.

Why Ellen chose the Antigua
The direct panoramic ocean views the minute I enter the 8th floor unit take my breath away. It looks like you are on a cruise ship. I love hearing the gentle waves from the master bedroom at night, plus seeing the sunrise from the king size bed each morning. From the hallway you can watch the sunset over the bay. The condo is comfy, cozy and beautifully decorated. Because there's no balcony, the living room is large and comfortable. From the building lobby, you are mere steps from the beach.
The building is so unique, based on Japanese architecture. And because there's no other high rises nearby, the Antigua beach is much less crowded than other condo buildings.
If you are like me, once you stay at the Antigua, you will never want to leave.
