For shared use: indoor pool heated (90 m2, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 18.Apr. and 01.Jun. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 08:30-20:00). Tennis (01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). In the house: lounge, WiFi, sauna (extra). Lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking (limited number of spaces). Shop 500 m, supermarket 400 m, restaurant 150 m, bar 50 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Lac Grenon" 350 m, railway station "Funiculaire Montana Gare" 1.2 km, bathing lake "Moubra" 1.2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1.7 km, tennis 1.2 km, riding stable 1.6 km, skisport facilities 650 m, cross country ski track 1.7 km, ice rink 500 m, children's playground 250 m. Très belle vue et balcon agréable, toutefois besoin d'un rafraîchissement pour la cuisine et salle de bains( (mettre au moins des plaques vitrocéram, portes de placards et carrelage sombres). Le linge de lit est en polyester, sauf le drap de dessous. Peu confortable pour la transpiration. La table de salle a manger n 'est pas stable. Manque une théière pour les amateurs de thé feuilles

C’est appartement est très bien situé avec une très jolie vue sur la chaîne de montagne. Il y a tout ce dont on a besoin dans l’appartement. Les petits plus sont la piscine, le sauna, la salle de jeu et petit fitness (chien accepté). On y retournera très prochainement.

Delightful little studio with a magnificent view

The studio is perfectly suitable for 1 or 2 people. The location is very convenient. Shops, supermarkets and restaurant are a short walk. The decor and furnishings are good quality and modern. The terrace is spacious & sunny with a gorgeous view. Compact, complete kitchen, pleasant kitchenware. The bed is comfortable. The view of the Alps is magnificent and the little lake right out of the door of the building is so pretty! Enjoyed our stay very much.

This apartment is in a great location, fairly well equipped, the negatives are for stays longer than 4-5 days change of bedding & towels should be included, also use of the laundry facilities. Also style of bed takes up a bit too much room with the wood surround all around the bed, and as there is only 1 pillow each it was a little uncomfortable in that respect as pillow kept falling down back of mattress. Otherwise a nice apartment for a couple.
