Living room with kitchen (2.74 x 5) opening onto terrace-Maisonette of around 32m2 completely renovated in 2022 Kitchen area: electric oven with 4-burner induction hob extractor 1 fridge - Bedroom (2.31 x 2.77) 1 bed 140 - Shower room (2.39m2): basin and shower - WC ( (1.05m2) - From the living room accessible by a steep staircase an attic sleeping mezzanine under a skylight (1.70 x 4.86): 1 bed 140 (maximum height 1.96 minimum height 1.48)-
A small renovated area entirely ideal for a couple with a child, the terrace is a plus The location near the marina, restaurants and cycle paths
