Nice Flat T2, 33m ² for 2 to 4 people, with covered terrace and privative garden, in a small residence.
Quiet and green environment 150m from the marina, 1100m from the beach, 600m from the city center of Hossegor and Capbreton, bike path and pedestrian, free shuttle in season, all shops and restaurants on foot.
It consists of a living room (flat screen TV, sofa BZ, (bed 140), a table + 4 chairs), a kitchen (microwave, oven, 2 ceramic hob, washing machine, kitchen utensils , covered 6 persons), a bedroom (bed 140 + 1 extra child bed 70 x 170), and a bathroom (shower, washbasin, mirror cabinet, WC).
1 private closed parking.
Animals are not allowed.

Linen is not provided, except on request.
Cleaning fees are optional on request

Low season from October to May inclusive: weekly or weekend rental

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette location mais voici quelques remarques : Les + : - l'appartement est proche de tout et au calme -la terrasse et le jardin pour mettre les vélos. - appartement avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner - la salle de bain lumineuse - l'accueil de la gérante très agréable - le lit d'appoint pratique Les - : - Le lit 2 places pas confortable - la déco tristounette. Il faudrait mettre un peu de couleurs. Sur les photos de l'annonce ça avait l'air plus joli. - les moustiques du matin au soir
