We have an abundance of sunshine, beaches, tiki hut restaurants, natural preserves, shelling, boating, kayaking, fishing and a rapidly growing entertainment district including micro brewery's, Rum distilleries, many fabulous restaurants with live music all within just a few miles. We also have two tandem Kayaks available. Pleas note our NO PARTIES policy.

This is a large Master bedroom suite complete with a screened in Lanai, outdoor hot tub, barbeque grill for your outdoor living. Inside we have a microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. For your sleeping comfort there is a king size bed with a brand new mattress on November 2023 and spacious custom master bath. ALL for your PRIVATE use. There are no shared or common areas.

Enjoy the private lanai if you need a break from the Florida sun. You will most likely spend most of your time outdoors soaking in the spa, grilling dinner on the patio or lounging in the sun.

This is an in law suite that is attached to a house. You have a separate entrance parking area and all areas even your sidewalk to your entrance are private/separate from the rest of the house.

This over sized luxury suite is located in a clean, quiet neighborhood. Close to all that South West Florida has to offer. Plenty of parks, kayaking, sunny beaches, shelling, fishing charters & fishing piers, water side restaurants and sailing & fishing charter boats. We have the complete paradise setting for relaxing or adventure.

Most of the local activities are at least one mile away. Some guests use Uber or Lyft apps from their phone. Some rent a car. However, some are content just relaxing in our comfortable setting right here on our private guest area.

PLEASE NOTE: We have a strict no smoking policy. There will be a $250. fee charged if the inside of your rental unit has any lingering smoke or vapor odors after your stay. PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE INSIDE YOUR RENTAL PROPERTY OR CLOSE TO ANY OPEN DOOR WAY OR WINDOE. Thank you.
1. Minimum age of primary renter is 25 years old.
2. No loud music or parties. We ask that you be a good neighbor to our community.
3. Please keep windows and doors closed if the AC or HEAT is running. If you set the AC temperature below 74 degrees you may be charged a $15. fee per day for electric.
4. If the house smells like smoke, vape fumes or any other smoking product you will be charged a $250 deodorizing fee.
5. No parties or loud music.
6. Cover the hot tub when not in use. If the hot tub is left uncovered while not in use for an extended period of time you you may be charged a fee of $15. per day for the wasted electricity for running of the heating element. You may also burn out the heating element. This could cost up to $500. Please be mindful or wasting energy.
