Very nice stay!

The house was super clean and we had a wonderful stay. It was a good location for all of our plans during vacation.There was quite a bit of road construction in the neighborhood but it did not affect our stay at all.

Great Place to stay

The house was clean and a wonderful place to stay. The owners were very helpful and responsive when we brought up the fact that the password for the WiFi wasn’t working and provided an updated password quickly. If the opportunity arises, I would definitely choose this rental property again.

Lovely

The property was very clean, spacious, and the host was quick to respond with any inquiries we had. There was an excessive amount of road work going on in the neighborhood but didn’t really affect us. Would definitely book again if we return to the area.

Weekend in Cape Coral!

We were in Cape Coral for a family wedding. So glad we opted for a stay at a house so we could visit and spend time together. It’s so convenient to be able to eat breakfast in. Close to the wedding venue and other places of interest.

The place was filled with bedbugs. My family wasn’t in the unit long enough to transport the bedbugs especially given the size and eggs nest behind the headboards of all the bedrooms. My small children were bitten up and the owner never removed the listing from the app to cure the issue.

Baseball Vacay

Loved the location of this property. One bedroom had a desk which allowed me to take meeting without being out in the open. We used the grill on the back porch. There was some construction on the roads. We didn’t realize it was a duplex but that wasn’t an issue at all.

Very nice accomodations

The home is very clean and well taken care of. Well stocked for the kitchen and towels. Communication was fine, response to needing garbage bags for the kitchen was quickly responded to. There is currently major construction on the roads around the home, so some construction noise and detours, but nothing too bad. Would have been a very quiet neighborhood without the generators out front Would still recommend staying here!

Place was really nice very clean we enjoyed it only thing i forgot to mention to the owner is that the tv in the master bedroom is goin out of color theirs white lines through it but everything else about this spot is a mist go
