The location of the accommodation was brilliant and the apartment had everything we needed. The bed in the main bedroom squeaks horribly but otherwise everything was fine. They need to be more clear regarding the euro 200 deposit that needs to be paid in cash and that there is no toilet paper, drying cloths and dishwashing liquid

Schöne Anlage mit Schönheitsfehlern

Leider hatte es in der Wohnung und in der Anlage extrem viele Mücken, auch Tigermücken. Unsere Mittel halfen, aber zuwenig. Mit Kindern ist das eine Herausforderung und mindert die Qualität deutlich. Die Anlage ist sehr ringhörig und nicht geeignet für lärmempfindliche Personen. Am Pool herrscht ein strenges Reglement,was wir aus Italien sonst nicht kennen. Kinder dürfen nur im Planschbecken Ball spielen, und wenn sie sich zurufen beim Spielen, werden sie ebenfalls gemassregelt. Begründung: damit die dort wohnenden,italienischen älteren Herrschaften,welche zwar am Pool lagen,aber nie schwimmen,nicht gestört werden. In der Nacht haben die dort wohnenden Jugendlichen oft gebadet und waren recht laut.Unser Sohn durfte auf dem Parkplatz nicht radfahren,es sei zu gefährlich wegen der älteren Autofahrer! Aber der dort wohnende Jugendliche konnte jeden Abend auf seinem knatternden Motorrad seine Runden drehen.Insgesamt ist für uns das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht gegeben. Schade,denn die Anlage wäre wunderschön mit dem Park. Als letzter Kritikpunkt funktionierte unser WLAN nur eine Woche und dann nicht mehr. Trotz vieler Anrufe und Besuche in der Agentur konnte das Problem nicht behoben werden. Es sei ein Problem des Anbieters,welches nicht in nützlicher Frist zu beheben sei.

Lejlighed slidt ned.

Gammel og udtjent lejlighed. Dobbeltseng er umulig at sove i. Rammen larmer så meget, at alle vågner når man vender sig. Sovesofa i stuen er i samme kategori, men er oveni så ustabil, at normal søvn er umulig. Vi havde luftmadrasser med fra turen derned, og sov på dem hele ugen. Område med pool og græsplæner er fint, byen er lille og uden de store aktiviteter. Godt udgangspunkt for udflugter til naturoplevelser som vandfald, bjerge og søen.

Schöner Pool, miserabler Service

Service entspricht nicht mehr dem 21. Jh. Unterirdisch! Wohnung ok, Ausstattung gut, wofür 100 EUR Endreinigung zu zahlen sind, bleibt rätselhaft. Schade, dass der miese Service die eigentlich schöne Unterkunft (tolle Anlage mit super Pool) kaputt macht. Fazit: Unterkunft empfehlenswert, allerdings nicht bei diesem Anbieter!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und sonnigen Urlaub. Der Ort war sehr gut gelegen, so dass wir in alle Richtungen fahren konnten und viel gesehen haben. Stresa nicht am Sonntag besuchen ; zu überfüllt und gar keine Parkplätze
