Need some TLC

This villa has the potential to be very good if a small refurbishment is carried out. Therer is aircon in all bedrooms and the livingroom which is great however some wardrobes etc in the rooms need replaced as doors were held closed by weding paper in the gaps. The slats on the single beds had been broken and an attempt at repairing by weaving the slats together carried out. The downstairs twin has a problem with cockroaches and traps in the cupboard confirmed the owners are aware, there is also a damp musty smell in the room possibly due to its loation next to a bathroom. I would also remove some of the trees next to the pool to allow more sun to warm up the pool and deter birds. We didnt think there was a problem with ants, plenty as you would expect outside but none inside. We still had a very enjoyable stay in a nice villa which could be a lot better if some investment took place. Comms with management excellent when needed for arrival and when circuit breakers tripped on 1st night. The main breakers are in the store with ventilated door under the entrance staircase. Pull it open its not locked.

Älteres Haus mit einigen Mängeln. Terrassen ohne Sitz Möbel, keine Sonnenschirme, keine Schüsseln in der Küche, Bettwanzen im großen Schlafzimmer , wlan funktioniert nur im Haus und auch da nur im Erdgeschoss. Aber toller Pool in wunderschönem Garten mit altem Baumbestand - hat das meiste wieder wettgemacht

Viel Platz in ruhiger Lage

Die Ausstattung ist jetzt nicht die modernste, aber man hat alles was man braucht. Sehr viel Platz drinnen und draußen. Der Pool war immer sauber wenn die Pumpe läuft, obwohl er unter Bäumen liegt. Auch bei 36 Grad Außentemperatur, war der Pool immer schön kalt. Das Haus liegt an einer wenig befahrenen Straße, so dass es wirklich sehr ruhig ist. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir durften ohne Aufpreis zu einer späteren Uhrzeit auschecken Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Unzulänglichkeiten

Ungepflegt, heruntergekommen, Traumgrundstück, Ausstattung mangelhaft und defekt, J., sehr freundlich und bemüht-aber leider unzuverlässig, Gäste-WC= nicht benutzbar, Kaffeemaschinen=kaputt, 3 Stühle am Gartentisch, 5 Kaffeelöffel, keine Weingläser, kein Kleiderschrank abschließbar, Krievelmücken, aber kein Spray, keine Fliegengitter,Taubensch...am Pool, etc. Könnte noch mehr aufzähen! Kein deutsches Fernsehen

Villa Santa Ponça

Très bon emplacement ( à 100m d'un accès à la mer par les rochers et 2.5km de la plage), dans un quartier résidentiel principalement de villas et petits immeubles, calme. Dommage que la maison soit mal entretenue: piscine partant à vau-l'eau (carrelage, système de filtration), machine à laver et robinetterie pleines de tartre, un lit complètement cassé et vaguement rafistolé (!)...

Très bon emplacement pour cette villa à m d'un accès à la mer par les rochers, km d'une jolie plage et située dans un quartier de villas et petits immeubles calme. Malheureusement la villa est très mal entretenue : lit cassé (!), robinetterie et machine à laver mangées par le tartre, toilettes cassée ou qui fuient, piscine partant à vau-l'eau...

Fotos sehen wunderschön aus - aber.... Bei einem Bett fehlte 0.50m vom Lattenrost WC-Schüssel im OG defekt Küche war nicht sauber Steckdosenabdeckung im Wohnzimmer welche gefehlt hat (für Kleinkinder gefährlich!) Badwannengarnitur kann man nur schwer betätigen - man muss Angst haben, sie bricht ab Das Wasser im Pool war grün vor lauter Algen Fazit: wenn man nicht heikel ist und das eine oder andere Auge zudrückt, dann ist es ein superschönes Haus mit viel Platz Für uns war es ok

Brilliant villa only a couple of negatives

+ very spacious, great location, large pool, lovely bbq area, huge rooms, we were a family of 8 adults and never felt on top of each other lots of different outside areas. - 2 ponds and a well with stagnant water which ment there was a huge number of mosquitos day and night so make sure you have plenty of strong repellent! A large electricity bill at the end which we didn’t realise wasn’t included in the price until after we had paid the full amount!

Good location, some things wrong

Good location, 10 min walk to shops and restaurants and 5 mins to a lovely beach, marine just across the road from house. Only problem with the place is that the pool wasn't working correctly and turned a slimly green colour which was very disappointing, My daughter jumped into the pool and ... after some of the water had gotten into her mouth, this wasn't ideal but overall v nice place would recommend

Wirkt wie ein verlassenes Haus ...

Das Haus ist groß und geräumig und bietet viel Platz. Es wirkt aber etwas heruntergekommen: zahlreiche Mängel wie zB defekte Armaturen, defekter Gasherd, Wasserschaden im Wohnzimmer, etc. Des weiteren waren gab es nur Metall- Klappbetten, die Zimmer und Küche waren eher schnell als gründlich gereinigt. Ebenso der Garten: groß, aber ungepflegt. Leider alles nicht mehr so, wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Wer bzgl. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit anspruchslos ist, für den wird es passen.

Nice villa awful experience

When we arrived at the villa no cleaning had been done the outside areas where unliveable the pool was absolutely disgraceful..... very unclean and full of dirt and had a layer of limescale...... this was corrected the day we were leaving the villa... upon getting ready to leave the villa we had the next tennant scaling the wall to advise us they where checking in at 9:30 in the morning when are check out was not till 10 in the first place and we had already been in touch with th key holder to advise we were getting picked up from the villa around 2:30 to which she never responded although she had asked what time we where leaving initially....... keyholder does not reply to messages very often and was a real struggle to deal with. We were not advised how to collect the keys upon arrival and at 10pm at night had to find the keys for ourselves outside the property.
