The property was well located and clean and the host was well organised with easy check in. Kitchen area was adequate. Our biggest issue was that the property was clearly misrepresented as having two bedrooms and two bathrooms when it did not. This had a significant impact on our stay. The second bed area was a double bed placed in extension of living room with no privacy and the bathroom was infact a cloak room with toilet only. We were looking for 2 bedroom property with privacy for 4 adults, and the property did not meet our requirement!

Holiday

Great location, fantastic communication with Marta the owner, clean,well maintained property and everything described as advertised. I would recommend this property for anyone with a small family or just a couple looking for a comfortable holiday in this beautiful island in a beautiful location. 5 stars!

Our 1 week stay in the charming town of Portals Nous and in this apartment was perfect from start to finish! The apartment is in a fantastic location, a 5 minute walk to truly one of our our favorite beaches in Mallorca. We drove almost 400 miles during our stay enjoying many, many beaches, towns and mountain villages, and this serene, beautiful cove with it's cute beach bar was delightful to come back to at the end of the day. In fact, we chose to spend our last afternoon back at this hidden gem!The small town of Portals Nous is charming and great restaurants, bakeries and markets are a 3 to 5 minute walk away. So convenient!Our apartment was comfortable, quiet and stocked with everything we needed, both in the kitchen and bathrooms, as well as for beach towels and umbrellas. The beds were great, as was the air conditioning! Marta is a perfect host. I have never had a Vrbo host who is so immediately responsive the minute I made the reservation. She quickly answered questions about the apartment, the town, directions, parking...anything I asked. She checked in during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and to see if we needed anything. We highly recommend this property, its location and the beautiful island of Mallorca. We plan on returning and we look forward to another stay at this apartment in Portals Nous.

Kurzurlaub bei Marta in Portals Nous

Wir (meine Frau, unsere 1-jährige Tochter und ich) haben einen Kurzurlaub auf Mallorca gemacht und sind so auf Martas Immobilie gestoßen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Gastgeberin und der Immobilie. So konnten wir am Ende des Jahres nochmal etwas Kraft und Sonne "tanken"! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung bei sehr netter Gastgeberin

Die Wohnung hatte alles, was man braucht inklusive Mückenschutz und Marta ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin. Sie spricht perfekt Deutsch, hat und viele Tipps gegeben. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen. Vielen Dank.

Schönes, zentral gelegenes Apartment das allen Familienmitgliedern sehr gefallen hat.

Wir, die Großeltern, haben mit unserer Tochter, Schwiegersohn, und unserem Enkel (13 Jahre) und unserer Enkelin (fast 3 Jahre) eine Woche Urlaub in dem Apartment verbracht und wir haben uns alle sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Den Kindern hatte es auch sehr in der kleinen Bucht von Portals Nous gefallen und das Apartment war ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für unser Erkundungstouren über die Insel. Fazit, gerne kommen wir wieder.
