Parking in the main lot may be limited, especially after hours. Each one- and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

Both children and adults will enjoy the seasonal amenities which include an outdoor tiki bar. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available for an additional fee.

You’ll find the SunDestin Unit 0914 one-bedroom condo affords comfortable sleeping options for up to four people, with a private bedroom housing a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Everyone in your party will enjoy the calming color palette throughout this unit, further inducing relaxation and serenity. Watch a movie on one of two flat panel televisions located in both the bedroom and living room with DVD rentals available in the lobby!Purchase local groceries and create your own meals in the airy, fully stocked kitchen. Savor your freshly prepared snacks and take in the fresh sea air on the balcony, complete with seating for two. An open floor plan ensures expansive gulf views from the kitchen, living room and bedroom.

Centrally located in the heart of Destin, you’ll find an array of restaurants and shops nearby to pass the time when you’re ready to break away from the beach. Should you have any questions, our accommodating Scenic Stays team is available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property.
