Fabulous 2nd floor condo with direct ocean views! The balcony just off the living room is a perfect place to catch sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. The resort sits on the sand and is in the heart of Destin! Situated near great shopping, restaurants, and Destin's harbor you can access all that makes Destin a favorite beach get-away! Don't miss all that this condo has to offer!
Please be aware that the building is currently undergoing some construction. Occupants will experience some noise during business hours and see construction activity in the vicinity. All amenities are open. Please note, the original indoor pool has now been converted to a 2nd outdoor pool. We no longer have a splash pad. The opposite side of the building will be updating units' windows and sliding doors and making exterior concrete repairs/painting the building. The side of the building that our unit is on has been updated already. In light of these temporary inconveniences, we have adjusted our rates to offer you the best value during this period. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
