This review is not negative against the host at all. The host was phenomenal in communication, as well as helping extend The Visit. The only negative towards the host that I have is the images Make it look like you get a room with a pool attached or close by 2 the building And in fact that is not true. The building we placed in We had to drive to the Pools, when checking in the front desk was late to getting to assist me. I was then told to do the resort property ownership promo and tossed around and lied to. And then being told I can do something else and then not being able to. they had told me that I would receive 3 to 5 hundred gift card for doing the promotion previews, and I received a hundred. The room itself was the furthest room from the main portion of the resort All the way close to the Holiday Inn express. So no pool attached to the building again had to drive. We had been locked out of our room. One of the days because the battery died on the door and that took about 20 minutes to get us in after a long day at the parks. There was a dirty bandade that was stuck underneath the nightstand of the main bedroom that ended up on my son's hand, the sink is leaking And did not work very well. And the washer and dryer barely worked. We had to run our clothing over and over today and. Ownership have some damage to our clothes. Housekeeping took over 3 phone calls to get them to the room

Summer Bay Resort

My wife and I stayed in a 2BR, 2 Bath unit. It is a gated community and very quiet. There is a Denny's near the entrance, which is convenient. We ate twice at the pizza restaurant, located in the clubhouse. It was handy and the people were nice.

Clean property. Was great to have a kitchen available so we didn’t have to go to a restaurant for every meal. Property had a lot of activities to offer.

The condo was clean and well kept. Two of my grandchildren came to visit during the day and had a great time at the splash pad. A great trip! We would definitely stay again!

Just ok

Property smelled like cats. When I took my 10/11 yr. old girls to the on site mini golf area, there were 5 drunk men who were cussing up a storm and being rude and obnoxiously loud- not appropriate- left beer bottles all over the mini golf area. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. Carpets felt dirty and sticky. The area didn't feel safe. The book in the room featuring amenities was not updated, with open, closing and delivery times of restaurants being wrong. The kid manning the rec. Center seemed annoyed at our presence. So yeah, just OK, I would not stay again.

Disney

The room was nice. The shuttle to universal was advertised as available but the drop off and pick up times do not give many options and are too short for the time it takes to enjoy the parks.

Great property

We had a great stay. The place was clean and roomy. Plenty of space for 4 adults. They did ask us to view the property for a time share but weren’t pushy at all. When we declined that was the end of it. We would definitely stay again.

Enjoyable stay

Room was very nice and comfortable. Only reason not 5 stars is they only had one of the main pools open which made it really crowded. It also doesn't have a shallow end for my 3 very young kids. The other main pool with the shallow end was closed during our stay so it was disappointing not to be able to utilize the facilities.
