Close to everything.

Very nice apartment, clean, spacious, has everything you need. Close to beach, restaurants, port, and activities. The parking spot is very small and tricky to get into but I knew than and our rental car was small. Was really great to have a parking option. Building very quiet and secure. Katy (host) was really great, friendly, informative, responsive and very nice person.
