Descent ONLY for short stay !
The only good point is the location, it’s well located in Sainte Maxime.
I stayed for a bit more than a month and didn’t felt very confortable, here is why :
- the mattresses were not confortable at all ( my husband and I suffered from back pain from it) seems old and would really need to be changed.
- The bedding is not provided which is not convenient for travellers to bring their own sheets, towels… which I didn’t realise because the description doesn’t mention it so something to be aware of !
- The laundry machine is extremely small and doesn’t fit much ( 5 piece of clothes max) which make it very hard to take care of your laundry
- The floor was very cold and it would have been nice if she provided a carpet.
- The cleaning done before we arrive was not spotless, found some hair in the sink and bath…, I had to clean again everything myself
- I thought the cleaning was included in the price but it’s not so you have to clean the place yourself before to leave or you would be charged 80euros for it, also something to be aware of !
Overall I would say that this place is expensively priced for what it is !! and it’s only ok if you are staying couple nights not more than that or you would find your stay pretty inconfortable and not worth your money !
The place could be really nice if the owner put some effort in changing things which I highly advice her to do so especially when you want to price your place in this price range !
