Unclear as to why you would give 5 stars across the board and no explanation as to why you gave 4 out of 5 overall? These ratings greatly affect us and our homes. More specific feedback for your rating would be greatly appreciated.

I’m sorry that this one problem in a cabin that is over 100 years old warranted a 3 star review. 😕

I’m so sorry you were disappointed in your stay at The Peggy. I wish you would have mentioned these issues during your stay as opposed to writing a poor review. This is the absolute busiest time of the year and both Wi-Fi and cell service can struggle during this time but we unfortunately have no control over this. The main part of the cabin is over 100 years old . It has been a very hot summer which is not typical. There are fans in the property and again it would have been helpful if you’d reached out about needing additional cooling elements instead of posting your problems in a review. Most properties in our area do not have air conditioning as it is so rarely necessary. Thank you for fixing the broken items - but again, we don’t know there are problems unless someone lets us know. This cabin constantly turns over as most people LOVE it. There’s two ways to communicate problems - reaching out and addressing them directly with the property owner or taking to the internet to try to damage someone’s reputation and property value with problems that we didn’t even know about. I’m sorry you chose the latter.
