Bright and cheerful, this condo is ready to welcome you to the Florida sunshine. Enjoy a view of the shared pool from your furnished balcony - you'll be able to enjoy access to that pool throughout your stay! Inside, guests can relax and cool off in central air conditioning. A charming galley-style full kitchen (complete with a breakfast bar) will host with all your vacation cooking projects. The private washer/dryer will take care of your sandy towels. Younger guests will love chatting all night in the upstairs loft bedroom. Private beach access means you'll have a direct path to the sun and surf whenever you're ready to slip away.

What's nearby:
Besides the beautiful beach just a short walk away, this condo is in a prime location to enjoy Panama City Beach's offerings. Head just under two miles to the eastern end of Panama City Beach and visit St. Andrews State Park, where guests can explore the pier and hop on a shuttle boat tour. Hop on a ferry to Shell Island - it’s only accessible by boat! Zoo World Zoological Park offers opportunities to get up close and personal with animals just over three miles away. Families will love Shipwreck Island Waterpark (five miles from the condo) with its lazy river, water slides, and designated toddler area. Check out Pier Park, with its huge variety of shops and restaurants, nine-and-a-half miles away! The Skywheel Panama City Beach offers fantastic views of the Gulf to guests brave enough to board.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great family vacation

E10 needing DEEP Clean

E10 was obviously cleaned very quickly with basically only clean towels and sheets. Bed covering, pillows on bed and extra pillows in the closet were soiled and blood stained. Sofa was terribly stained as well. Unit had not been dusted or sanitized as there were used contact lenses on the coffee table, dust all over the nightstands and thick on the ceiling fan blades. Strong odor of garlic upon entry. Food on area behind trash can and trash can had not been cleaned in months it appeared. We refused Vacasa's offer to be recleaned and cleaned ourselves. Borrowed new pillows, bed covering and sofa cover from another owner. Vacasa did refund our cleaning fee upon request. Could be a very nice unit with a DEEP clean, new Sofa and bed coverings and pillows.

E10 was not clean and no reply back

When we first arrived we found it HOT. So, we turned down the AC and started the upstairs fan. The fan had a loose blade. They came to fix the blade but then the fan didn't work. I sent an email, to the address on the paper in the unit, of other issues I found. I got no reply about the issues. I called again and they came to change the fan. The other issues which make me not want to rent from you again were: There were hair balls on the floor, the air vent in the hall was moldy, couch was dirty with crumbs, bar chairs dirty with crumbs, ceiling fans caked with dust, dust stuck to the wall in the bathroom, shower curtain was moldy(its a cheap one so it could be easily swapped), door handle going into master was loose and falling apart, there was a big brown stain on the master bedrooms sheet (we had to change it b/c that's gross), the toilet paper holder had no bar to hold it....... There are many issues. These are just the ones I happen to have pictures of. If you want to feel clean in the place you are sleeping, I would not stay in here.

Noisy due to construction on this building

There was communication that they would be working on merge condo replacing windows so for 2 whole days it was extremely loud at our condo they rest of the time it was just loud as they worked on the other buildings. This made it hard to relax or sleep in or take a nap

Nice and quiet

We stayed at this complex last year and enjoyed the quiet and it didnt disappoint this year. The last day someone checked in next door that couldnt seem to understand how to close a door without slamming it repeatedly but other than that it was great. The unit could use a little tlc and updates but otherwise it was good. Definitely a great value for the price.

Property needs some up dating

The couch was disgusting had to cover it to sit on it , shower rod would fall if you touch it just laying on top of the shower not attached to anything, don’t look down while walking the staircase will knock you out left there with a gash on my head poor design. TV remotes weren’t working, sliding door wouldn’t lock this unit is not very well maintained door code did not work on arrival had to call to get another code after standing at door for 30 minutes we finally got in and then had to use a 10 digit code during the entire stay will not return !!!

Quiet, easy spot!

We were all around happy with our stay! Easy little walk across the parking lot to the beach, quiet condos, close to everything needed. I would recommend for families with kids over 5yrs old with the spiral stairs. Couldn't figure out the TV in the bedroom and the one in living room you have to manually change on the TV. Overall it was just fine for our little family weekend getaway and we'd book it again. Oh and it smelled GREAT!

Perfect spot for a beach getaway

My family wanted a spot close to the beach. This 3rd floor unit was just a stroll thru the parking lot. We went in July and the beach wasn’t crowded like the high rises. Will we definitely return.

Great rental

Great place, plenty of room

The place was adequately described, plenty of room for us and our out of town family. The only thing is we had to bring our own toilet paper and garbage bags there was not enough for us for the week. Other than that the condo was perfect, just enough room, and the owners were easy to contact.

Nice Place!

The place was roomy and clean and had a great balcony and such a close walk to the beach. You can access the beach from the parking lot!

Mixed feelings

They make it confusing on which apartment is yours and how to access it. They wanted to charge $25 just to look and see if we forgot something there. The pictures make it look bigger then it is and the stairs going up stairs are tiny! A full size man would probably have diffucties. The TV was tiny. But the price was fair and it was decently clean with close by beach access.

Not so clean!

Let’s start with communication, after requesting (3 times) the possibility of an early check in and never getting a response. When I received the email with the codes I was told that extra time was taken to clean the property. Now for the entry code, I was told the code was for the lock box. When in fact it was for the cypher lock on the door. Also there was supposed to be a parking pass in the property. There was not. After several phone calls, each one assuring me it would be taken care of. I received another email stating they no longer issue parking passes for the property. Now for cleanliness, in the main bedroom there was a comforter in the closet that appeared to just thrown on the luggage stand. There was trash on the floor behind the nightstand and behind the door. The ceiling fan blades were filthy with dirt and dust. The threshold transition between the carpet and tile had screws that were not tight and sticking up. This caused an cut on the bottom of my foot. The bathroom was clean. However, during the reservation process I indicated that there would be three adults. And only one face cloth was provided. In the main living area, there was trash on the floor under the end table. Now for the loft, the spiral staircase was very narrow making it impossible to take full size suitcases up to the loft. The outside entry light was burnt out making it difficult to see the cypher lock at night. I have photos to support all my acquisitions.

Lovely place and location

Loved that the area we were in was more known for "families". Overviewing the pool and right next to the beach was great! Everything we needed was there.

Not very clean

I like how close we were to the beach but that’s about it. Never received my parking pass. There was towels left in the washer. Plus they did not vacuum the rug in the living room as there was a chip and some crumbs. I will not book this condo again.
