PCB, nothing like it!  Our condo is located in Nautical Watch Gulf Villas, a unique low rise three story family-oriented gulf front complex on the east end of Panama City Beach. Come and enjoy our beach front condominium stylishly decorated in a contemporary nautical theme.

* A private balcony which is a perfect place to experience the sounds and view of the Gulf, soak up the sun, catch a sunset and simply unwind. At night with no ceiling on the balcony, you have amazing view of the stars
* Relaxing living area which includes a sleeper sofa, an oversized comfortable chair with ottoman, wall mounted flat screen TV, and stairs to the lofted 2nd bedroom
* The loft bedroom has a queen sized bed, dresser, and a flat screen smart ROKU TV 
* Large master bedroom with a queen size bed, a large dresser and closet, wall mounted flat screen TV and ceiling fan
* Fully-equipped kitchen to create a meal and enjoy the Gulf view
* One full bath with shower and tub
* In-unit stacked washer/dryer

* Beautifully landscaped courtyard to enjoy the pool and grill area

Although this condo was on the 3rd floor (top) it was great. If anything, good for your health! No elevators, just stairs. We really appreciated the amenities and thoughtfulness of the owners.

Our unit was beach side so we were able to enjoy our balcony. When we needed a break from the sand we hopped on over to the pool, which was well maintained and very clean.

My wife and I loved everything about the condo, the location on the beach was perfect.

Everything we needed was already supplied by the owner and the place was very clean and nicely decorated.

Great place

We love being on the east end of panama, less traffic and beach is not as crowded. Room is great, exactly as described. The Only issue we had was the spiral staircase is all metal and has some fairly sharp corners that are at head height for kids.

Easy place to stay, directly on the beach

Stunning view of sunset on the Gulf of Mexico. Excellent service from the manager with every little issue we had (we stayed for 30 days, so things happen). Condo in good condition. Neighborhood ok even if the condo is in the eastern part of PCB wich is older.

Great place to stay

We loved this condo. Each building only has 3 floors which was great not having to wait for an elevator like the bigger condos have. The private beach was also not crowded unlike most of them at bigger condos. The room was spacious enough for my family of 4. My daughter enjoyed having her own room up in the loft. We will be coming back to stay.

Condo is beautiful, view is beautiful , kitchen had everything we needed . Only problem we had was my 1 & 3 year old grand babies could open the front door so we had to keep the hallway blocked.

Relaxing stay

Overall, it was a positive experience. We were without internet 1 1/2 days, but finally got a new modem installed which rectified the problem; fortunately, I was not there to keep my nose in the phone! Everything was super clean and a lovely view of the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. I suggest bringing soap for the kitchen and bathroom. For the owner, my only suggestion on my personal "wish list" would be to have a good reading light in the family room. Pretty impossible to read at night. It was a relaxing stay which is what we hoped for! :)
