A Note for Expectations:

This is a self check-in property, and you will need to go to another stop approximately 15 minutes from the property to pick up your keys. You will also need to drop the keys off at the same location after you check out. We believe in being upfront so you can plan your stay with the right expectations—and still enjoy the comfort, convenience, and hospitality that GuestReady Essential provides.

Saint Ouen is a vibrant and eclectic suburb of Paris that offers a unique mix of attractions, restaurants, and cafes. The park Roger Salengro is an excellent spot for a picnic or a game of frisbee, and the Grand Parc des Docks is a fantastic place to take a walk or go for a jog. The Paris Flea Market is one of the world's largest and most famous flea markets, and Square Epinettes is an excellent place to watch people. The Église Notre-Dame du Rosaire is a beautiful church with a stunning rose window, and ART42 - Musée d'art Urbain is a must-see for art lovers. The Château De Saint-Ouen is a lovely castle home to the Paris Pinball Museum, and Mairie de Saint-Ouen is the city hall. There are plenty of great restaurants and bars in Saint Ouen, including O'Papa restaurant, Bistrot La Renaissance, Mains d'Œuvres, and Mekong Restaurant. And for coffee lovers, Café Hôtel de l'Avenir is the perfect spot to relax and take a break.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
