Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Family Vacation

What a beautiful place for a family vacation. The location is perfect. The Camelot has everything you need. The staff was wonderful. The two bedroom condo was as clean as could be. The view was breathtaking every single day.

Another Enjoyable stay at Camelot

The parking garage is great . The free dvd rentals , pools & hot spas were great , the water is clean . You feel like home when you get there , of course if you get the right & perfect room lol . Always ready to book another trip to Camelot .

Horrible

Everyday we had to go down stairs and get a new key because our keys won't open the door, we had found palmetto bugs crawling on our beds. Water pressure was horrible. Overall I wouldn't stay here ever again.

Camelot by the Sea

Had roaches and bugs. Furniture worn and dirty no linen or dirty linen left on beds. Trash under beds and carpet not clean. Floors needed sweeping. Too much money not impressed for the money we spent had four suites. Not prepared for the visit. TV was discontinued and one TV only showed a few channels. Air conditioner leaked water. Do not recommend.

Decent room

The room was fine for the money. Location was good beach was not too crowded in this area. Biggest issue here was check in and check out. The check in time was 4pm which is later then a lot of places but we planned around that and did not get there until about ten minutes after. We were told the room was not ready yet. We left and went to get groceries and came back at 5:30 and it was still not ready. We were getting upset at this point and about twenty minutes later they finally gave us the key. The same thing happened again as they were knocking on our door at 9am when check out time wasn’t until 10am which was already earlier then most places. I hope they get these problems corrected because it seems to me these are simple things to solve.

Clean & Well Maintained

Very clean and well maintained. Great view of ocean. Nice sized bedrooms. Comfortable beds. Clean and well functioning bathrooms. Adequate supply of toiletries. Parking goes all the way to 10th floor...a great convenience to park right next to your rooms. Great stay!

Great place!

My large family of 7 and my mom stayed comfortably in this resort (sleeping 8). Everything we needed was present. When we arrived it was a quick checkin, our unit was spotless/cleaned thoroughly. The ocean view and all the amenities were amazing. Fully stocked kitchen with dishes/cookware, oven, cleaning supplies, washer/dryer with detergent and the price was amazing. This location will definitely be booked for our annual Myrtle Beach family trip. The on-site pool,jacuzzi, promo tickets etc, overall amazing service!

The condo was nasty. There were hairs in both bathrooms, the carpet was sticky and stained.

I would not recommend staying at this place at all.

Disappointed

When booking my room pictures were awesome was excited when I got there and went in the room was very disappointed nothing like the picture that was shown was on the 10th floor room 1007 two ice makers all the way in the lobby one didn't even work and then had an issue with one of your employees telling me I was getting too much ice probably will not stay with you again just being honest

Lack of accommodations

The room and hotel was very nice. They could’ve improved on accommodations for large families with overhead storage. Also, we paid a resort fee but their was no amenities to support that fee. We had to leave out everyday with my toddler children to cross the busy highway where the parking was to find things to do for them out of the hotel.

Nice Home!

The home was nice very clean the only negative I have is the beds are hard and stiff not comfortable at all other than that we enjoyed our vacation staff was friendly

Far less than desirable

The water pressure in the front bathroom was non-existent. The shower heads in both bathrooms were so short you should tell people if they want to rent it they should be 5’ 7” or shorter. The couch seats slant forward and in general is worn out. The mattresses are lumpy and extremely uncomfortable. Lastly, the WiFi does NOT work. You can connect, but you can’t get to the internet. I tested it w/out my cell coverage active and got nada. I highly recommend against EVER renting this unit.
