The Palace Resort sits right on the beachfront of the Grand Strand, with grounds that feature a large oceanfront pool, an indoor pool, hot tubs, a fitness center, a sauna, a putting green, a restaurant, an attached parking garage, and laundry facilities on every floor. It's a prime location for exploring, with the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade, Market Common, Broadway at the Beach, and the airport within four miles.

The condo's interior has been thoughtfully remodeled from top to bottom, including high-end tile throughout. The kitchen is a haven for home chefs, offering new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. When you're looking to sit down with a homemade meal or a tropical cocktail, choose between the breakfast bar, the high-top table, or outside on the balcony in the fragrant ocean breeze.

The bedrooms are special and serene, each with direct access to its own balcony and full bathroom. The bathrooms have been beautifully renovated as well, complete with new showers, tile, and fixtures.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
