You will love this apartment because it is located on the second level in an oceanfront condominium.
Something that makes this apartment wonderful is its beautiful ocean view from the living room, the balcony and the master bedroom, besides being fully equipped with everything you need so you can enjoy a great vacation with family or friends.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms for up to 7 people, you will enjoy free internet throughout the apartment, air conditioning for the high temperatures of the Caribbean, a large kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes, 2 full bathrooms one of them in the master bedroom, a living room with cable TV, a dining room for 6 people and a large balcony with outdoor furniture so you can enjoy reading a book, relax and enjoy the view or just watch the sunset.
Something unique is also that its location is ideal, as it is located in the heart of the city of Playa del Carmen and just one block from the famous fifth avenue which is recommended to walk at night, it will be a unique experience.

Perfect condo!

Such an awesome stay - the condo was exactly as described, in the best location on the beach. The staff are lovely, the pool is gorgeous and the few bars and restaurants just steps away were fantastic. El Faro is one of my favorite places to stay in Mexico - cannot wait to come back!

Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised Upon arrival, we were informed that our confirmed reservation could not be found in the receptionist's system, creating unnecessary stress at check-in. We were in the process of paying for the stay ourselves because the host had not yet submitted payment. Fortunately, the host eventually responded, and the receptionist was able to verify and receive payment. During our stay, the electricity went out for several hours, leaving the room extremely hot and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the property listing photos were very misleading. The advertised images showed beautiful blue ocean water, but the actual beach was covered in large amounts of sargassum seaweed, accompanied by a strong drainage/sewage odor. While the staff ultimately resolved the reservation issue, the overall experience did not match the expectations created by the listing. Greater accuracy in advertising and better communication regarding reservation management would significantly improve the guest experience. Rating: 2/5 stars ⭐⭐☆☆☆

Excellent Family Trip

This was the first time traveling with my parents to this Playa del Carmen, and they loved every minute of their stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Excellent views, privacy, and fantastic location.
