Condo has been totally remodeled and furnished. 1300 feet to the beach through Carlin park and walking distance, movies, many restaurants and Harbourside shopping center. Primary Bedroom has a King size bed and the guest bedroom has twin beds. Family room has a nice pull out couch. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. There are beach chairs, boogie boards, toys, umbrella, cooler and plenty of beach towels. There is also a beautiful pool, tennis/Pickleball and handball court for you to enjoy. Carlin park is right outside the door providing the natural open environment, exercise trails, events and lots of activities. Private fenced patio with table/umbrella and chairs to relax with a good book or a nice dinner overlooking the park. Enjoy the beautiful beach and surf with a nice beach blanket or a bottle of wine. Clear blue water!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-equipped it was. It truly had everything we needed for a relaxing four-day beach getaway.We had a small hiccup getting the TVs to work, but the owner responded immediately after we reached out. He patiently walked us through the issue over the phone, and everything worked perfectly for the remainder of our stay. We really appreciated his quick response and excellent customer service.One of the highlights was all of the thoughtful extras that made our vacation even more enjoyable. There were plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys, which were a huge hit with our grandchildren. We also loved having a coffee maker and complimentary coffee waiting for us each morning—a small touch that made us feel right at home.Check-in and check-out were effortless, making the entire experience stress-free. The location couldn't have been better! The beach was just a short walk away, and we loved having a grocery store and several great restaurants within easy walking distance.We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and perfectly located place to stay in Jupiter. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and look forward to staying here again on our next trip!

This was a smooth process start to finish and communication with the host was also very simple and timely. The property is clean, updated and well equipped. The pull out couch was the only miss as it is very uncomfortable. As an adult, I would not have been able to sleep on that- however we used it for our 5 year old and that worked. I’d stay here again for sure!

The condo was in very good condition, well stocked and Marty was prompt in addressing any issues/concerns. The location was perfect for us. My only reason for giving 4 stars is that unfortunately several tenants in the upstairs unit were noisy which was beyond his control.

"The Point" of Emerald Isle (our section of the beach) is well-known and loved by locals for it's unique depth and dunes - we're sorry that your husband wasn't able to enjoy it more frequently! We have an amazing (and large) cleaning team that tackles all 6,000 sqft. and 12 beds in between every rental, our apologies regarding the details it sounds like they may have missed this time around. We have recently been made aware of the bugs you mentioned. Fortunately they are only in the 2nd floor kitchen you mentioned when food is left out or in the open trash can for too long. We understand this can be unsettling and our exterminator assures us this will been resolved, and they will be on site on a regular basis as contracted. We have worked with our House Manager, Drew, for several years and we are so grateful for him! Thanks for recognizing him and thanks again for your kind words. - Jordan and Marty Baum

Marty was an amazing host and he promptly responded to any questions and needs we had. The condo is in an awesome location that backs up to Carlin Park and it’s a 5 minute walk to the beach. Sheets were still in the washer and towels in the dryer when we arrived so had to finish the laundry. While the unit was clean we arrived it did not extend inside closets and cabinets. Cleaning needs to include inside drawers and cabinets for guests to be able to use. Walls could use cleaning or painting. Many marks and hand prints. The guest shower has so much pressure, it was uncomfortable. The futon( fortunately only used last night) was broken and did not lie flat. Even if had not been broken, it would have been very uncomfortable with its steel supports protruding through the thin material. Our daughter had to put mattress on the ground. Need better window shades to prevent street lights and morning sun particularly in the guest room. What is great is the location is outstanding with access to Carlin Park and The Beach. Renovation of the kitchen and bathroom was well done. TV and system worked great. We enjoyed the private patio space often for meals and relaxing.

Wayne, I apologize that the cleaners forgot to come back to finish the extra laundry, however the beds were all made and the towels were all placed as should be for your use nicely.Most of the blinds are all new or recently replaced. I will reinspect all of the drawers and cabinets for cleanliness, as they usually are and we do leave some items in those for use from new guests. Both showers were also recently redone, so I will check the one to reduce pressure if needed. I will also have the cleaning crew check for marks on the walls, as I personally go in the unit monthly if not after each guest to inspect and make sure everything is clean. I will make sure the pull out couch gets a new mattress as it hardly ever gets used. I'm glad it was clean and you enjoyed the location and layout as most all of my guests have. If you would have reached out, I would have handled anything you needed immedaitely. Thanks for leaving the place like new. Marty

This place was perfect for our family of four. The area is very nice with a Publix within walking distance. It’s a short walk to the beach as well, and short drive to Rodger Dean Stadium.

Great stay at Bella Vista

We loved staying at this condo, with Carlin Park out the door and the dog-friendly beach across the park and across the street. The unit is clean and comfortable, is as pictured, and I loved sitting on the nicely landscaped patio. It is adequately stocked and Marty is very responsive if you need something. Totally recommend staying here.

Beautiful vacation rental

We had a nice stay at Marty’s home in Jupiter Beach. The community was in close proximity to shops and dining. It was very clean and quiet. Marty’s unit was also very clean and quiet and a short walk to the beach. Comfy beds and furnishings. We enjoyed having the little patio. We had a short stay but still had the chance to use the pool which was very nice - no one else was there, very quiet and relaxing. Would recommend.

I stayed here with a friend while attending a marine biology camp at the loggerhead marine center. The location was excellent and the apartment was very beautifully decorated. It was very well stocked with beach essentials. The light in the guest room with the 2 twin beds wasn't working and there was a lot of noise from construction outside.

Home away from home. Marty /owner is very responsive and goes out of his way to be helpful/available! Unit nicely renovated and pristine clean. One of the jewels in Bella Vista.
