Located in the back of the property with rear street entrance, this can be 2 separate rentals. Ground floor (Pelican Perch) has 2 BR/2 BA with full kitchen, living area & dining table area. There’s a bonus small room with a small pullout bed.
The second floor is the Pelicans Nest. There is a Living Room Area, bathroom, galley kitchen with a small table and a queen bed in a rear bedroom.

Family reunion in Fairhope

Three family’s . Each family had their own private sleeping area with bath . All reported to me that they loved Pelican place and loved our lovely town of Fairhope ❤️❤️

Fall Getaway

The property was acceptably clean. The manager was very helpful with any of our needs. Our family had a great trip. Thank you We were disappointed that there was not a view of the bay from our site, but the walk was short to the park and bay area. The floors were a little sandy feeling upon arrival. There was a steady streaming leak in the main bathroom all week. They were waiting for a part. Most items were available in the kitchen. There was a not any kettles for the stove though. There was one small casserole dish. It would be nice to have a few more chairs at the tables. There were a total of 6 chairs for eating at tables when the condo holds 10. It would also be nice to have more than one key for each apartment.

Beautiful house made a great stay for 4th of July weekend

Had a group of 7 visiting fairhope for the 4th of July weekend. This house was very spacious for all of us and it was very clean and comfortable. Short walk to the park/beach/pier and very close to downtown. No complaints! Thanks for the wonderful weekend!

Great property and great property manager!!

Our stay was everything we had hoped for in a short-term rental. Property was clean and easy to access—within walking distance of downtown Fairhope. Property manager was always available to answer our questions. We will definitely rent this property again!
