Magnificent wooded villa, ideally located close to the beach.

This villa is 3 minutes walk from Riells beach and shops in a lively area of ​​L'Escala. Its geographical location gives it an ideal calm for spending family holidays.
It has WIFI with an unlimited internet connection and a parking space for two vehicles.

On your arrival the beds are made and you have at your disposal 1 towel and a hand towel per person.

A wooded exterior with a terrace adjoining the living room will allow you to fully enjoy the outdoors.

Inside, a living room with a corridor leading to the rooms.
A simple but very well equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and wc.
Then 3 double bedrooms.
Upstairs, an independent air-conditioned bedroom with its bathroom and toilet.

This Spanish type villa is charming, it is also very bright.

During your stay, I will personally welcome you on the day of your arrival, and I will leave you a map of L'Escala with all the information you need to know (Supermarkets, restaurants, excursions, surrounding villages etc...).
For the duration of your vacation, I am available 7 days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. for any problems.

Tout s'est très bien passé durant ces 25 jours. La villa est idéalement placée proche de Riells, plage, bars et restaurants et tout le nécessaire. Nos amis étaient sur la vieille ville, petite marche en bord de mer sympathique ! La villa est bien équipée, facile à vivre. sympathique.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Sehr schönen Aufenthalt gehabt, nicht weit vom Strand und das Haus bietet auch Schatten zu jeder Tageszeit. Im vorderen Bereich etwas schlecht beleuchtet so dass man sich den Fuß an der Mauer anstoßen kann. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub dort.

Depuis l'arrivée jusqu'au départ tout c'est idéalement passé. La villa est très bien située, l'équipement est très bien aussi, et propre. William est très réactif en cas de besoin. Très bon séjour entre amis avec ados.
