Recently renovated, this 1815 restored building is fronted at street level 4 gas street lanterns, has 1,300 square feet, 10 foot ceilings, heart pine floors, a large 35 foot living room with 6 windows of sunshine, richly appointed with leather sofas, antiques, fireplace, oriental rugs, antique canopy bed, large shower and a separate large office with Partners Desk. It includes everything:

This is not a sterile rental unit, but more like visiting at a friend's house when they are out of town. The generous space (1100 SF) is the size of three hotel rooms, but the cost of half of one. Just having the convenience of a kitchen, if nothing more than breakfast and a late night snack (such as your leftovers from an amazing meal at one of the many local restaurants), makes traveling more like a vacation.

The French Quarter is graced with art galleries, historic church steeples, cobblestone streets, and an atmosphere of relaxed luxury, Charleston’s French Quarter is an island of bohemian delights within America’s most historic city. A quiet residential area of graceful homes and gardens and gas street lights has a European feeling. The Quarter is surrounded by cozy restaurants, southern food, fashionable retail shops and lively entertainment venues. Featuring property that comprised much of the original walled city dating back to 1704, the French Quarter eccentricities include old pirate taverns and tunnels dating to colonial days, the nation’s only and most famous French Anglican church, the Market and centuries-old graveyards where ghost tours are still the rage. Part of the National Historic Register for its concentration of 18th and 19th century architecture, the French Quarter boasts some of the city’s best examples of early Georgian single houses, airy piazzas and verdant courtyard gardens.

Do you want to know the most convenient place to stay in downtown Charleston?! Well, let me tell you , my husband and I have discovered the absolute and most PERFECT place to stay!! Luckily, you have now found it too!! The apartment above SNOB is indeed above all other lodging!! It is smack-dab-in-the-middle-of-everything! But it is so much more than convenient!! This beautiful space with massive rooms and soaring ceilings is fully equipped, elegantly appointed and a delightful gem of a place to stay!!! Don't hesitate one second!! If you have the chance, book this property!!! We can't wait until our return to this charming pied a terre. Thank you again Robert , for sharing your wonderful home with us!!

Look no further in Charleston

My girlfriend and I recently stayed in this property while in town for a wedding. The location is perfect and Robert went out of his way to accommodate our schedules. The property is very spacious and comes with all the necessities at a fraction of the price of nearby hotels. There are several bars/restaurants/shops within a couple of blocks and the entire historic district is very walkable. We rented a car thinking we would need it for the beach or other day trips, but it ended up staying parked the entire weekend. Uber is cheap and readily available in the area, so go that route unless you plan to drive a significant distance. Thanks again!

Elegant Charm - Perfect Location

From the moment we walked through the door, we were in love with this condo. With its majestic high ceilings and warm, welcoming decor, you will not be disappointed in this Charleston treasure! This condo is exactly as advertised; however the photos do not do it justice. From the plush leather couches to the beautiful antique furniture, you feel like you are staying in the home of a friend. Robert takes great care to make sure that his guests feel welcome. The location was perfect, with most shopping and dining within easy walking distance. I am so glad that we chose to stay here - we will definitely be back!

It's all they wrote!

I can echo the glowing reviews that got me interested in this property. We had no car during our stay and didn't miss it because we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. It was total immersion in the best of historic Charleston, starting with the condo itself. The luxury of having a spacious living room to relax and regroup in was integral to the authentic experience. The owner, Robert, was gracious and attentive to making it a good experience for us. We would love to return!

Best Location in Charleston - Highly Recommended!

This is a great condo in the middle of everything. Immerse yourself in the history of this great city. You can walk literally everywhere or take a bike taxi to every great attraction in this historic city. There are 100's of restaurants within walking distance. You can eat the best of Charleston on the same block if you want. The City Market is a block away. Upscale shopping within walking distance. The carriage tours, walking tours and even the ghost tours are all within walking distance. If you want to see historic Charleston, I highly recommend taking a tour. If you are into architecture, photography, this is a can't miss. You can also take a cooking class right next door and learn how to cook Low Country cuisine. You are also within walking distance of the harbor. Perfect for a couple who wants a romantic get-a-way. If you like nightlife, you can walk to it all. Robert, the owner is awesome, he cared enough to call and make sure that everything was ok, offered lots of information and genuinly wanted to make sure that our trip was great. Loved it!

Charleston, French Quarter

This was a very eclectic apartment with so much character. The location was perfect, right the heart of the downtown area. We walked every wear that we went and we were very closed to restaurants and shopping. We found the people in Charleston to be very friendly and we had some great conversations with travelers as well.
