Jay River Front Three Bedroom. 2 miles to Jay Peak

Open concept living space with 3 bedrooms, and 3 full Baths (each bedroom has it's own bathroom). Large kitchen with a gas range, and bar seating. 6+ person dining table, large sectional couch to fit all guests. Bedroom one features twin over full bunkbeds, connected to a bathroom with shower. Bedroom two features a queen bed closet and water views. It's connected to a full bathroom. Bedroom three is the master suite located on the second floor. This bedroom features a king bed and a sleeper couch in the adjacent living area. The bathoom includes a large shower along with a single person jetted tub. There is a small deck off the bedroom overlooking the Jay River. This is a very large private rental only 2 miles from the mountain. Note: Other side of house is a yearly rental.

Wonderful Stay Close to Jay Peak

We had an awesome stay at this property! The communication with the host was fantastic. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed to cook at home and be cozy in a snowstorm. The house is very spacious and comfortable. It is minutes from Jay and very conveniently located. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Great Property!

Great place to stay for a Jay Peak visit. It's 5 minutes from the mountain. It's clean with plenty of space and sleeping arrangements, and Jesse is super nice and quick and efficient with communication. Highly recommend.

Jay house

The house was very clean. It can use attention with the light or electrical issue. The lights toward the kitchen sink barley come on and the master bath light completely goes on and off. Could be just a bulb issue or something else.

The outlet is fine, the lights are on a dimmer switch, the bathroom light is an occupancy light so once you move it turns back on. If you could just delete your review it would be greatly appreciated. I’m sorry you couldn’t figure these two minor things out, you could have called me and I would have explained. I’m in communication with VRBO about having your review removed but you removing it would be the easiest solution. We use the dryer all the time, I tested the outlet last weekend and used it 10 times, no fish smell, and showed up as properly wired on my outlet tester. Are you a licensed electrician? You are making some mighty big accusations on this review that may require legal action

Besides being 2 miles from the mountain, the house was way more than we expected. There was plenty of room, a lot of sleeping space, and everything we needed. The double car garage for parking along with the outside parking space was key. We had 8 inches of snow on one of the nights and the entire lot was cleared by the time we were leaving for the mountain.Would completely recommend this house for anyone that wanted to go to Jay!Great place for a great place!

Perfect Snow Getaway

What wonderful stay! We spent Christmas and New Year’s at this lovely home. It had everything we needed for our family of five. It was 2 miles away from Jay’s peak where we enjoyed all the Resort activities with our children. The skiing was great! We also did some local snowshoeing which was amazing! We hit up all the local eateries that were recommended! We definitely can’t wait to get back up there!

I can’t say enough great things about our stay! The house was beautiful and impeccably clean. We have everything we needed for a home away from home. The river out back provided hours of exploration and relaxation. The hosts were kind and so easy to communicate with. We loved our stay and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!!!

Great place in a great area

We were looking to try a new destination and the B&B Lodge helped sell us on northern Vermont. The pictures did not do the place and area justice. We enjoyed eating in and eating out. The trail to Jay Peak was nearby as well as the Jay Peak Resort. The house is well placed to explore northern Vermont (and southern Quebec). All in all, it was wonderful and we heartily recommend it.

Exactly What We Wanted

Our family was looking for a convenient get-away where we were close to the mountain and had amenities. The property is right on the road leading to the mountain. The high schoolers had remote classes, so the layout and modern technology were great for all our needs. The furnishings were sooo comfortable; beds, couches, dining chairs. We were blessed with overnight snowfalls, so the garage was a great help when leaving the next morning. A beautiful view out the back is stunning!!
