This spectacular home located right in the heart of Paradise. With Sombrero Beach just a few blocks away, golfing across the street and your boat in our dock.... everything you need to enjoy paradise! Situated in a very quiet and desirable neighborhood close to the beach and shopping. This home is a private oasis. The golf course is directly in front of the home. The home offers a private swimming pool with spa. There is 75' of deep water dockage which offers a straight shot out to the Ocean or Boot Key Harbor. Great kayaking location. Situated only 300 feet from Sisters Creek, where you can access many great restaurants by boat, as well as gas stations and bait shops. There is a fish cleaning station with water and power access on the dock. Just a few hundred feet from the infamous paddle trails of boot key which offers everything from easy to very adventuresome kayaking trips. House has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms upstairs and an independent 1 bedroom 1 bathroom downstairs. House is perfect for families and groups of all ages. All rentals are Private Room Downstairs is perfect for those traveling with different age groups and offers privacy with its own kitchenette and bathroom.

Chartered fishing trips, snorkeling trips, kayak, bike, boat and Golf Cart available for rent upon request. We have established relationships with the local captains and rental companies to facilitate the rentals so that they are scheduled and or delivered to the house prior to your arrival.

PLEASE NOTE: Throughout the winter months spa will not be heated unless you pay for pool heating.

Keys Fishing trip

Great Hideaway

We felt as if we were at our own private mini resort! Great communication with property owner. Several beaches nearby, restaurants, shopping and plenty of fishing&snorkeling spots.

Fantastic stay

This property is great for boaters and pool goers. A great location in the Sombrero Beach community and great boating access & docking. The house is not new but has great charm and beautiful palms and privacy. A great family vacation was had here.

Excellent property but not "blocks from the beach"

Wonderful location and excellent property. We had a few issues, boat lift broken, pool pump broke, it's a 3 mile plus walk to the beach, but... we would stay here again. Great place and lots of fun. All sorts of sea creatures come by too.

Beautiful week at this perfect home fishing with the Family!

Perfect location and set up for our family! Loved swimming in the beautiful pool after a long day of fishing! Cooking our catch out on the grill was also great! We will definitely be back! Frank was an awesome host also! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with the Smith family!

Easy Breezy

Great week in the Keys! This property has amazing outdoor space! Great fishing off the dock, easy access to Sisters Creek and the Atlantic. The pool area is perfect and well kept. Very quiet and private neighborhood and close to everything, restaurants, grocery store, and beach. The house is well equipped and has COLD A/C, it is a bit dated but suited our family and friends just fine. We are outside people and just need a place to shower and recoup for the next day.. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property and trip

Really nice property. Pool and hot tub were perfect. Only advice - make sure the timer for heat in the hot tub is set. We let it run too long first night and pool was hot as well. Frank, property manager, was very helpful when we reached out with questions. He also checked with us midweek to be sure all was well. I’d certainly stay again.

Great home for families

We stayed here with our two small children as well as the in laws. In laws had downstairs unit giving each of us our own space. Rooms were spacious and clean. Pool was great...did have an issue with the pump but it was quickly addressed and fixed. Dock gives easy access to kayak and fish. Great location, close to shops, quiet. Would stay here again. Frank was easy to get a hold of and provided recommendations to kayak.

Great house in a Great Location

The house was perfect. Just as described. We loved the location-close to just about everything. Loved the screened in porch for wonderful evening cocktails. We used the pool everyday! It was awesome in the Florida sun. Also enjoyed the dock-we were very lucky to see a manatee swimming in the canal. Frank-the property manager/owner-was very easy to talk to. He checked in on us several times-very nice. All and all a wonderful stay! I would recommend this house! 5 stars!

Perfect Marathon Getaway

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Frank's home and it was incredible! Location: The property’s location is unbeatable— just a short drive to Sombrero Beach, delicious restaurants, Publix and the home itself had a stunning doc with frequent manatees. Accommodation: The home itself is beautifully appointed, with a cozy yet stylish decor that perfectly complements the beachy setting. Comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen and plenty of towels. Host: Frank was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Communication was easy and he was quick to respond to any questions we had. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful beach retreat. We can’t wait to return!

Great Location

Prefect place to stay!

Location was so convenient to the Atlantic Ocean by boat and the grocery store by car. There was a great area to wash the boat and clean the fish. There was plenty of space for everyone! The pool came in handy for the little one! The neighborhood is nice and quiet! Frank was very accommodating and so nice for checking in with us at the beginning and end of our trip! He will do what it takes for his customer’s trip to be wonderful! I would book this house again!

Relaxing in Paradise

My husband and I were looking for a nice place to relax and we found it.. This property is in a great, and friendly neighborhood. The house was very spacious and nicely decorated, it had a screened-in balcony with very comfortable seating for our morning coffee and would overlook the deck and your own private pool with jacuzzi. We really enjoyed our time here and would defenitley stay again.

Quick Ocean access via boat.

Only 5 minute canal ride out to Sombero Beach Canal via boat. A Florida Keys vacation is something everyone should experience!
