Escape to the beauty of the Makaha Valley!

This is an exquisite 19th floor condo in a gated community. The views from this property are a breath taking panorama of mountains and ocean.

The kitchen is newly remodeled with modern high end cupboards and appliances, granite countertops and breakfast bar with stools.

The dining area features a counter height table and chairs for excellent viewing of the ocean while you eat. The entire condo has newly added Italian tile floors.

Relax on the living room leather sofa with bookend recliners and watch your big screen TV complete with Spectrum cable and internet. Or maybe do yoga on the area rug while you gaze at the mountains?

On the lanai there is a bistro set for you to use for morning coffee and evening beverages.

The tropical themed bedroom has a King size bed with lots of pillows and a Smart TV. From the bedroom slider, look up at the dark night sky, the numerous constellations and then wake to mountain and ocean views.

The bathroom has a large granite counter area; nine drawers for storing your stuff; and a huge walk in shower with a WaterPik handheld massage shower. There are luxurious bathroom towels, as well as new oversized beach towels.

You can swim in the large, heated pool or go to the beach (1 mile away). In the outside storage closet there are beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach umbrella and a cooler for you to use.

Within 30 minutes you can be at the KoOlina lagoons, the Four Seasons Oahu, the Disney Aulani and the stores and shopping malls of Kapolei. Drive a few miles more to get to Pearl Harbor, Waikiki, the Bishop Museum.

Return from your busy day to relax and breathe in the calm and the beauty of the Makaha Valley. Sit on your lanai. Sip your drink and end the day with your lovely mountain and ocean views.

Another great stay!

This is our second time to stay at this property. We liked it so much the first time, we had to visit again... outstanding property, clean, comfortable, and a great host. The next time we can go to Oahu for a stay - we'll be trying to book this place again!

Paradise Revisited

Once again we had a wonderful month at Charlene and Larry's condo! We saw rainbows, waterfalls, beautiful sunrises, spectacular sunsets, and were constantly amazed with the mesmerizing view from the lanai! A Makaha Gem~

Char was an amazing host...she answered all of our questions about the property and the surrounding areas, even before we arrived and upon arrival we had Honolulu Cookies waiting for us. Everything was very well appointed, our stay was very comfortable that we booked for another month! I highly recommend this place~

Beautiful Makaha

Once again we had a wonderful stay at Larry and Charlene's condo. The view is incredible, the place inviting and clean. We loved going to Makaha Beach each morning and then returning to relaxing days in the condo. Larry and Charlene are excellent hosts and easy to communicate with. They are always prompt on answering any questions and have great tips on things to do in the area. We hope to stay again in the future.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Makaha Resort Towers. The property is beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The elevators were fast getting us to and from the 19th floor. The unit was spotless and looked just like the pictures. The kitchen is furnished with everything you need to easily prepare meals. We enjoyed sleeping with the windows open but the unit is air conditioned so no problem either way. The TV has cable so lots of viewing choices . The bed was comfy and the couch recliners were too. The staff at the property was very nice and professional. The owners were great! We enjoyed visiting with them via phone. They live locally so if you need anything they are not to far away. We did not meet in person because all our needs were already met with this beautiful property. Don’t hesitate to enjoy a little slice of paradise. P.S. The peacocks were fabulous!

The paradise

We were there from January 15 to February 17. This is a luxury condo. I, who am disdainful, felt at home as soon as I arrived. Everything is clean, whether it's the dishes, the pots, the utensils, it seems like everything comes out of the store just for us, I give it a 15 out of 10. Do not hesitate to rent it, you will not regret it. The owners are adorable, attentive. Thank you again !!

My wife and I very much enjoyed this condo. It was very nicely decorated... and had all the perfect touches. My wife said, "If we bought a condo, this is exactly how she would want it to be." We would definitely reserve this condo again... no questions asked.

Our Stay in Paradise

We have been staying at the Makaha Valley Towers for over 10 years and Charlene and Larry's condo is by far the nicest we have rented. It was beautifully renovated and clean. We really appreciated the walk in shower and the hooks to hang things (little things mean a lot). The huge closet with all the hangers was great. The kitchen was wonderful and easy to work in. The huge sink and beautiful uncluttered counter made clean up a breeze. We appreciated the informative notebook that explained all of the appliances. Communication with Charlene was wonderful she responded quickly to my many questions. We would love to stay there again.

My husband was not happy at all. Neither was I on several things.The bedspread and pillow shams had a bad smell. The pillows were stained with sweat. The bed was very uncomfortable. They had a awkward frame in the bottom. My husband did not get one night sleep in the 30 days of stay. He had to sleep on an air mattress in the living room. We found dirty dishes that weren’t clean. There was left over items in the fridge. The AC vents were filthy dirty. We can hear the #40 city bus every 30 minutes all day 24 hours. The bus has to make a reverse from where the security guard shack is, and you can hear this from upstairs when the bus goes in reverse all through the night all day.. There’s a lot of peacocks on the property and they will make sounds all through the night 1 o’clock 2 o’clock 3 o’clock 4 o’clock in the morning during the day. If you’re looking for peace, you’re not gonna find it if you’re looking for a view of some ocean and looking at a mountain you’ll find it.

Our place was immaculate when we showed it to another couple a few hours before your arrival. Over five years we have never had a bad review. By closing the sliders and running the air conditioning our other guests have always been able to sleep. They also loved the big king bed.

Zum 3.Mal habe ich hier Urlaub verbracht und ich werde wiederkommen! Die Wohnanlage ist sehr schön und sauber. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Gene & Barb MVT Vacation

The condo was very clean & comfortable especially the wall hugger recliner. The views from the bedroom and living room were outstanding. The 60 inch HDTV with external speakers and HDMI inputs made us feel at home watching our favorite movies, reruns of old TV shows and listening to our favorite music via our Roku. The sunsets from entrance balcony were spectacular and different every evening. We truly enjoyed our vacation at Makaha Valley Towers.

We love to run, bike, swim and golf. We lived on Oahu for 4 years and fell in love with the island. We are also Rotarians and met many Rotarians here that have become life long friends. The aloha spirit is for real. We honor the history and the struggles of the Native Hawaiians here. We respect their ways. We try to listen and learn. We have become better people through the time we have spent in the Hawaiian Islands.

Why they chose this property

We bought this condo as our second home, when we lived on the mainland. We love the weather of the west side of Oahu. It is dryer and warmer. We love to golf and there are several courses on this side of the island. We love to run and bike. There are lots of opportunities here.

What makes this property unique

We lived in KoOlina for four years. It is lovely, but it is very noisy due to the highway, the various luaus, the numerous flights overhead. Here it is much quieter and the night sky is much darker. Eating out is less expensive. Housing is less expensive.
