Jamais pu récupérer les clés

Nous n'avons pas pu les clés bien qu'ayant été prélevé et que le séjour ait été confirmé. Pas de réponse à notre message de la propriétaire. Le numéro de contact est au Portugal, on s'est retrouvé a chercher un hôtel en dernière minute et a payer un hôtel en plus du gîte...nous attendons toujours le remboursement. Évitez cette annonce
