Welcome to my Marina and Resort condo!
Walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and shopping. Enjoy the convince!
Close to all the beaches!
My condo has a fishing dock and two swimming pools (one outside by the canal and a second heated indoor pool).
Bring your water toys, fishing gear, And have fun!
King bedroom overlooking the marina, pool, and wide canal view.
The second bedroom has a queen bed.
Sofa beds in the living room.
A fully updated kitchen and bathroom.

The space
Our home has the greatest view of widest canal on the north padre island.
Easy to the Packary Cannel for fishing boats.
Conveniently located to all kinds of restaurants, bars and shopping.
Mustang island beach is only a bridge over. (5mins drive)
White cap beach is 5 mins drive also.

Fisherman's Paradise

The property was in a perfect location for fishing,shopping or dining.All was within walking distance if you chose. Some of the eateries may not look five star from the outside but the food is out of this world. We will be using VRBO again.

Beautiful and peaceful Condo

My family and I went to celebrate my baby girls first birthday and the condo felt very cozy! The girls and my boys loved it! The best part was the swimming pool in the back and also the pier to go fishing! The property manager is very friendly and was alway attentive!

Short and sweet

This was our first time not staying at our usual spot due to two night minimum stay. We enjoyed our stay the place was clean and well kept. The only thing it didn’t have was a blender. Overall everything was great for a quick trip.

Padre Island

Very small. Kitchen utensils need upgrading and dishware likewise. Furnishings could use significant upgrading. Clenliness was lacking particularly the refrigerator which thecleaning the cleaning lady neglected

great little place

we had a great week! Only suggestion to future travelers is to bring a cart to lug your stuff in...cause it's quite the walk from parking to front door. I was exhausted loading in/out. And as others have said, the room off the patio is almost unusable because of the heat that is generated from the sliding door....and this is when it was 75 degrees. I can't imagine during the summer. But lots of fun and neat property!

Great location and amenities, but...

The posting is correct in that this place is located very centrally to beaches and dining, and has some great amenities (the two pools, the view of the canal, etc.). There were some surprises for us though. The unit is quite small, especially the bathrooms. The mirrors make the pictures look like it's bigger than it is. Not a big problem, but can make a stay as a family difficult, and make it more suitable for couples. This unit can get quite warm due to single pane glass, and wasn't as clean as we'd hoped (dust on many things, dishes left in dishwasher from previous stay). So, overall, good and central for couples on a short stay, but perhaps not great for families staying several nights.

Kayak Fisherman pay attention to the Property details

The place was Very nice, clean, comfortable; however, I am a Kayak Fisherman and transport my Kayak on a small Kayak Trailer. The Property check-in email noted that trailers are not allowed on property. You can put it at the Marina (we couldn't find it) for $10/night; however the Marina does not open until 5:30. Additionally, my Ford F-150 would not fit in the parking garages. Because we got there after the office closed and we were leaving at 5:00 AM the next morning, I unhooked my trailer and put it in the outdoor parking spot beside my truck. It worked on a weekday, but think summer or weekend would be very tough to do. Property was very nice, but I won't return because of the parking issue.

Great location

Great location. Close to the beach and food. Only negative feedback would be that the living from sleeper is not suitable for sleeping because mattress is thin and under a tv held down by ropes over the couch bed. Other than that everything was great. Comfortable, clean, easy check in/out process and excellent location.

Great view

Really is a great view of the channel and the pool. Beach not too far away and convenient to the stores and restaurants. We would stay here again. Nicely updated with a fun theme.

Great View

We had a wonderful stay! The view was beautiful and the location was ideal. It was clean and the washer/dryer came in handy. Great for a weekend getaway!
