Spacious Townhouse in the ❤ of Fayetteville

Spacious, charming 2 bed, 2 and 1/2 bath townhouse in the heart of Fayetteville, 5 miles to Ft Bragg, close to the mall and many other shopping centers and restaurants. Quiet, safe neighborhood nestled in a private culdesac. If you check out past 10:00 a.m. without notifying me via text or email, you will be billed $50.00.

Surveillance cameras are located outside the residence at both entrances for your safety and for ours.

This is a townhouse and is two levels - there are stairs to get to the bedrooms.

Designated parking in front of door with additional parking available.

We had a pleasant stay. The property was a bit dated but extremely clean. Communication with the owner was top notch and we did not have any difficulties getting in and out of the unit. For some reason we could not open the closet in the second bedroom, and perhaps new rugs in the primary bathroom would be good.
