Cozy 4 Bedroom that sleeps 9, only ten minute drive to Breckenridge Ski Resort!

The house is a 4 bedroom that sleeps 9 and is a great place to enjoy Breckenridge in a neighborhood setting. It has all the necessary modern amenities and includes two master suites (of the 4 bedrooms) and 3 total baths. The house has new kitchen appliances and appointments and a large living room with flat screen TV and fireplace as well as a back deck to enjoy in the summertime. Ten minute drive from the Breckenridge Ski Resort lifts and a short walk from our driveway from great hiking, biking (Peaks Trail) and cross country skiing.

A wonderful holiday stay

Five of us spent the Christmas Holiday at this beautiful home in the peak 7 neighborhood at Breckenridge. The home had ample ammenities, cooking equipment and entertainment options for us to thoroughly enjoy our stay. The proximity to the ski resort was perfect, and the road and driveway were promptly plowed when we had a two day snow storm. The nordic ski and hiking trails 200 feet away were a great surprise. The hot tub was excellent and we all enjoyed our beds and baths. I'd be happy to recommend this house or spend another holiday here myself. Lastly, the owner was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful, both before and during our stay.

My wife and I own this property and spend a fair amount of time using it ourselves. It is cared for as our own house despite renting it frequently. We love Summit County and have been coming to Breck for the better part of the last 15 years!

Why they chose this property

Our cozy place is great for families and larger groups. Although it is not a massive house, it has everything you need to be comfortable with two families or a large group. It is tucked away in a quiet part of Town, up on Peak 7, but is convenient to everything with a quick drive down the mountain.

What makes this property unique

Occasional Moose, Bear, Fox and other wildlife seen on the property or passing through the back yard! Short walk to the Peaks Trail and the Breck Nordic center for XC skiing.
