I stayed here with six old college buddies while visiting Breckenridge for Oktoberfest, and it was perfect. Everyone had their own bedroom, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the hot tub was large, clean, and inviting. The location couldn’t have been better — and when we didn’t feel like walking, the trolley stop was just a block away. I would highly recommend this place!

We had a great time in Breckenridge and the house did not disappoint! 7 of us stayed for 5 nights, the views were beautiful. There was a little Fox that visited daily. A short walk to Carter park for sledding. We all enjoyed this home 💯 and plan to be back.

Wonderful Home!

Overall the home is very nice and cozy! I rented it during Christmas time so the price was very high. The kitchen should have been stocked with foil, plastic wrap and other essentials. The towels in the bathrooms are likely over 10 years old based on how they felt. Sheets are also not very high quality. Other than upgrading these small items the house is overall a great stay.

Incredible Views!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home is beautiful and the views were unreal. The floor to ceiling window off the dining room overlooks the ski mountain and a gorgeous Aspen grove, showing off all the fall colors. The house is situated right next to a hiking trail as well! The check in instructions were easy to follow and we had no issues accessing the house. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook and grill out. We were easily able to walk to town and enjoy the restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

Cabin Breckenridge

Our stay was amazing at the evolve resort cabin. We enjoyed the amazing views from the dining room table, all the gas fireplaces to keep the space cozy in many of the rooms, and of course the hot tub was one of our favorite spots watching the mountain with snow falling down. Wonderful House, Excellent Views

The home is masterfully situated about 3-5 minutes from downtown, with sweeping views of the ski resort and city center. We especially enjoyed the massive main bedroom and dual living areas that allowed for separate play/work areas for families.

Summer getaway

This is a beautiful home. It rained during our stay so we spent a good amount of time in the house. Loved every minute of it. The only comment I would make to the owners is to put a tv in the main family room so everyone could be together while cooking or grilling. The Stanley Cup finals were on during our stay and it just would have been nice to have it on in the main living room. Other than that, the house was amazing. Lovely kitchen, spacious bedrooms and you can’t beat the views!

Family & friends winter trip

House easy drive to town, well maintained driveway and neighborhood roads. House had beautiful views and nice porch area. Nice to have access to 2 car garage big enough for suburban. We utilized, hot tub, steam shower, and all appliances, all worked well. Host was very accommodating. Upon arrival Discovered dining room table was broken. He responded and quickly fixed. Only suggestions are it would be nice if: aluminum foil, syran wrap, note paper and list of places that deliver food, extra blankets readily available, and a few more board or group games were provided. Overall perfect for large groups with plenty of space and bathrooms for all to enjoy their own space, if desired. Would rent again!

This home was absolutely gorgeous. It was perfect for our family vacation. We highly recommend staying here. We have no complaints regarding this rental, however, the locals in the town of Breckenridge are extremely rude and seem to be annoyed by visitors.

Amazing Views

The house had amazing views of the mountains. The photos just don’t do it justice. We were located very close to town. Due to COVID, we had to cook in every night for dinner. The kitchen and living room were large enough to hold our group of 10. The house manager was very responsive! We did have a minor issue of the door alarm sensors going off every morning. The alarm would fire off for about 60 seconds. The house manager tried his best to fix the situation. He was able to deactivate the security system, but for some reason the front and side door kept going off. Each time I called, he answered immediately and was out the next day to troubleshoot the problem. Even with this minor hiccup, we had an amazing time and would rent this property again. We did have the neighborhood fox pay us a visit. The property was beautiful, and we would stay here again.

Best Family Weekend

The house is beautiful and sleeps 8 comfortably. We stayed and made all of our meals in the huge kitchen and spent most of the time on the deck looking straight at the mountains!! The house is in an amazing location. Close to everything you need! Yet when you get back you feel like no one is around you!

Great place to stay

We had 3 families staying and had lots of room. The views were awesome from inside the house and from the deck. Everything we needed was provided and the house was very clean and tastefully decorated. We would highly recommend to someone who likes to be away from the town but close enough to walk, bike, or drive Into Breckenridge.

Great location, beautiful home!

You can't beat the location of this home! It is close enough to town and the slopes to walk (sans equipment) and far enough to be away from the crowds. The views are amazing and we saw a lot of wildlife as well. The house its self is stunning and spacious. The house manager was responsive and helpful. We were grateful for the use of the elevator for groceries and luggage. One person in our party had a bad knee so it helped to have this option. There is no way to access the kitchen/living room without using stairs or the elevator. Our grouped remembered that the listing had explained 3 king bedrooms when we booked the house which would be perfect for 3 couples. It appears to be changed now on the listing, but it was a big reason why we selected the house (and paid the premium price). There was a plank that had buckled in one of the main walk ways. Several people stubbed their toes and my son may have fractured his toe. He wasn't able to snowboard the last day and missed two weeks of basketball when we returned because he was in a walking boot while it healed. We understand this is a random occurrence, but I'm posting it here in case it doesn't get fixed before the next rental and we want people to be aware. Overall, there is some fine tuning that can be done for short term renting (supplies/lighting). BUT I would say it was a great stay, in a beautiful location and the home is stunning!
