Do not move furniture. We will access the property 2 times a week to water plants. Keep doors closed at all times, and lock apartment when vacant.
Set AC to 74 when vacant, no lower then 68, utilize fans to circulate the cool air. Quiet times 8pm-8am
Dogs must be kenneled when left alone, not allowed on furniture, must be picked up after daily, $60 fee per dog. 20 lbs max, no cats.

Very nice rental home. It had everything we needed to have a great thanksgiving. The apartment was clean, had comfortable furniture, very comfortable beds. The hosts, Leon and Michele were fast to respond to questions. We will be back.
