For a stay with friends or family, whatever the season, come and enjoy this completely renovated house with a breathtaking view of the sea.
When you enter this house, you enter a large and bright living room open to the outside. It includes a large open kitchen fully equipped. A bar with its 3 bar stools separates the dining room with a large table for good meals with family or friends. The dining room also opens onto the living room with a view of the sea and the garden thanks to its large bay windows and French windows.
Also on the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a separate toilet as well as the only bathroom of the house, equipped with a bathtub and a double washbasin cabinet.
On the first floor you have access to the 3 other bedrooms of the house. The first one is equipped with a large double bed (160x200), facing south with a nice sea view. The other 2 bedrooms are ideal for children: they are equipped with 2 single beds each, also with a sea view, and a toy box is available for the children. For the little ones we also provide a cot with mattress, a high chair and a bathtub.
In the basement you will find a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The exterior will delight both young and old. The garden of more than 5000 m² with trees has several areas to enjoy the incredible view of the sea and the port of Aber Wrac'h. Children will love discovering the Breton moor at the bottom of the garden with its huts, while adults will enjoy the large fixed barbecue and the magnificent view. Garden furniture is of course available for young and old (large table, and deckchairs).
By crossing the road, you can go and discover the fauna and flora of the foreshore. But if you prefer the beaches, the house is located on the peninsula of Sainte-Marguerite, you will reach it very quickly and discover its magnificent fine sand beaches. This peninsula is also very well known for its kitesurfing, wingfoil and funboard spots. For hiking enthusiasts, the GR34 hiking trail is just a stone's throw from the house and allows you to discover the beauty of Aber Wrac'h.
The little extras that you won't find elsewhere? Bed linen and towels provided (sheets, covers, pillow cases, towels, tea towels), a welcome basket of 100% local products, a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and advising you on activities to do and places to visit!
Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most touristic places of the Pays des Abers and the Pays d'Iroise: go and discover the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty, lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (possible departure from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk on the wild coast or discover the lighthouse of the Ile Vierge, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the castle of Kergroadès, or the naval museum in Brest.
