This three-bedroom/2.5-bath condo is secluded in a exclusive, small, gated community. It's situated on a deep-water canal with its own dock. The tennis/pickleball court and swimming pool just outside the door!
Our home away from home is a five-minute stroll to a beautiful, quiet beach close to a small restaurant/bar. Nearby are the golf courses, diving reefs, world-class sport fishing, and shopping that have made Grand Bahama famous!
This spacious, high-ceiling condo is fully appointed. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite marble bath with a two-person Jacuzzi®. The kitchen is updated with tasteful granite countertop cabinets to go with the full laundry facilities for the conveniences of home while vacationing. Our vacation home sleeps six persons very comfortably.
Relax on the patio while the birds lull you to sleep. The patio is also the perfect place to enjoy your favorite Caribbean drink while watching the sun go down over the water.
The included high speed wifi with unit wide vpn allows you to keep in touch with the world - if you must.

Our manager is available to answer questions, and address problems if they should happen to arise.

Enjoy playing tennis or pickleball, relax by the pool, or wander down to the beach to collect shells. For the boater or diver, you can tie up right outside the condo at our private dock (included in price) with dockside water and electricity (extra).
