Spacious Gated Waterfront Villa with Private Dock

Our beautiful, canal front condo is close to the USA, but is a world away -- on the exotic Grand Bahama island! Caribbean sunshine and crystal-clear blue waters await you.
This three-bedroom/2.5-bath condo is secluded in a exclusive, small, gated community. It's situated on a deep-water canal with its own dock. The tennis/pickleball court and swimming pool just outside the door!
Our home away from home is a five-minute stroll to a beautiful, quiet beach close to a small restaurant/bar. Nearby are the golf courses, diving reefs, world-class sport fishing, and shopping that have made Grand Bahama famous!
This spacious, high-ceiling condo is fully appointed. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite marble bath with a two-person Jacuzzi®. The kitchen is updated with tasteful granite countertop cabinets to go with the full laundry facilities for the conveniences of home while vacationing. Our vacation home sleeps six persons very comfortably.
Relax on the patio while the birds lull you to sleep. The patio is also the perfect place to enjoy your favorite Caribbean drink while watching the sun go down over the water.
The included high speed wifi with unit wide vpn allows you to keep in touch with the world - if you must.

Our manager is available to answer questions, and address problems if they should happen to arise.

Enjoy playing tennis or pickleball, relax by the pool, or wander down to the beach to collect shells. For the boater or diver, you can tie up right outside the condo at our private dock (included in price) with dockside water and electricity (extra).

After a day of snorkeling, diving, golf, or sightseeing, feel your aching muscles recover in the marble shower or Jacuzzi®.

Forget your cares on Grand Bahama, with its easy access from the USA and the rest of the Caribbean. Construction has begun on a state-of-the-art airport while the island continues to have expanding jet service to the U.S., Canada, and Italy.

30 Days in Paradise

The property was perfect for our family. The view of water was calming for the adults and an opportunity for the children to jump in. The dock was a perfect place to sit while watching the sunset or the tropical fish that called it home. Everything worked as it should and the owners made sure we had everything we needed. If I ever find myself in Freeport, I know where I will be staying! Thank you Rosemary and Geoff for lending us your home.

The home was very nice and clean, just like the pictures. We came by boat and the dock worked out perfectly for us. There was water at the dock, but bring a hose (I always have 1 on board). The pool area was relaxing and very enjoyable after a day on the water. Lyn was our caretaker for the week and was a wonderful person to get to know. Thanks Geoff for sharing your slice of paradise with us!

This place is awesome!!! Perfect setup for bringing your own boat. Private dock with water and power. Canal sanded in a bit from storm but still has 5’ at low tide. Very clean and spacious accommodations. Awesome owners !!!

We had a great time at this house. The owners were so easy to deal with and the place was spacious and clean. Perfect for anyone who is doing work at Bradford’s marine - this is one of the closest properties to the port.
