We had a great time, this was the first house in our budget that fit our family comfortably. Having the pool was great as our stay was over 90 everyday. The covered deck with the fan was perfect as well. We definitely would come back every year.
My family had a very nice stay at this beautiful house. The house is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Everything was very clean and in good working order. The owner was very responsive to any questions. We also had a every good evening at a restaurant/bar a block away called Social House 227. Everything about our stay was pleasant. No complaints.
We enjoyed our family get together in the house. Only down side was the grass was quite tall & the little kids couldn’t play in the grass due to mosquitoes. The upstairs bathroom had no hot water to shower.
We spent most of our time in outdoor space.
Would definitely recommend this property as it met our needs & we spent most of our time enjoying the pool.

I am so sorry to hear that there was no hot water in the upstairs bathroom. I am not sure what was wrong but it is working just fine. We do have a service that mows our grass that I believe may have been on vacation the week you arrived. So sorry about the long grass. We do mow it once a week to keep it nice and short. Thank you for choosing our home and I am so glad the property met your needs.
Property was very clean and Robyn was quick to respond with any questions we had. We had 17 people ranging in age from adults to a 4 month old. There was plenty of space for everyone. The outside space was bigger and nicer than we expected. The pictures don't do it justice. We spent most nights out there hanging out after the kids went to bed.
Warrenton wasn't much of a town, but we had good meals at both the Social House and the Corner Pub. Highly recommend a day trip to Hermann. What a cute town! And only 30 mins away.
This home was perfect for our annual buddies golf trip. The pool and deck area accommodated our group of 12 with ease and was an excellent place to cool off and unwind after a hot day on the golf course. There was a minor issue with the pool ladder but the property manager was quick to respond when we addressed it. Very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and some bars. Just a couple minutes off of I-70 if you're travelling to the area. The only potential issue I could see would be food preparation for a group of 16. The gas grill worked great, but is relatively small if you are trying to prepare a large feast. The same is true for the oven inside. If you plan on prepping large family meals, you might have to do a little extra prep, but not a big deal at all. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again if we return to the area.
The house was not at all as it was listed. alot of the described amenities were either not as listed or not present at all. It is a nice home but not in any way shape or form Handi cap accessible. Was charged more then the first quoted price and hostess was pushy about getting payments.

I am so sorry you feel that way. I don't understand how I was pushy about getting payments as that all runs through vrbo and I have nothing to do with it. We do not at all state that we are handicap accessible as you can see from our pictures we have stairs to get into the house. I am not sure about the amenities that were not provided or not present. I would love to help with this issue but I am not sure what they would be.
Property adequately sized for our group and with the extreme heat, the pool was a lifesaver. However, desperately needs better landscaping to help with the heat - the front of the house just bakes and the back patio has limited shade in the heat of the afternoon. Lots of misinformation in the house instructions but we figured everything out eventually. Before arriving I went and purchased paper products and cleaning stuff. Unneeded expense as there were plenty of items on hand already. The location was good for us and within walking distance of main street. I can't say much for Warrenton itself or the traffic between there and St. Louis but if you need a big place in the area, this will do.
The property lacks some important modern conveniences. It’s important for future guests to know that the 4 bedrooms upstairs share one tiny bathroom. If you have a large group you cannot have hot water at the same time in the showers. I had to take 2 cold showers during my stay. The TV in the loft did not work, and only a few bedrooms have a TV. No locks on bathroom doors. Some bedrooms have a bed and nothing else in the room. The house seemed to never cool off. On the other hand the pool and outside area was fantastic. The kids enjoyed the pool very much.
We booked this property for our family gathering because it would accommodate our family of 16. For the most part it worked very well. One of the bedrooms was quite small and two of the bathrooms were very small but it worked. The home needed a little attention. The lights by the pool either did not work or we could not figure out how to turn them on. There were not enough towel and wash cloths for 16 guests, luckily several of the family brought some along so we were okay. There was some poison ivy along the fence. And last, the refrigerator had a bad smell (the host told me that there had been a problem but they thought it was corrected and she apologized for the problem). On the positive side, the pool and outside area were great. Some of the grandkids spent most of their time in the water. There were pool toys in the garage and the kids made great use of them. Another positive was that the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. The house was very clean and comfortable.
We enjoyed our stay. We were there for Christmas. Robyn was kind enough to bring a pre-lit Christmas tree for our use. The house worked very well for our family. Plenty of space! We had an issue with no water in the master bath sinks due to frozen pipes. Shower did work though thank goodness. Robyn was quick to bring out a space heater to help thaw them out. Water did come back on, but not until the last evening of our stay. The garage doors weren’t very cooperative, but again… it was VERY COLD which could’ve been a contributing factor. The sliding door to the sunroom did not lock, but we found a way around that by placing a rod/stick the track. My grandkids loved hanging out in the finished basement while we adults gathered in the main level. The house is right off of the highway and close to grocery and food. Overall we had a very nice stay in Warrenton. Merry Christmas!
We stayed here for our family reunion which was at a home in Wright City. It was perfect for my immediate family of 6 plus my parents. Lots of bedrooms and great outdoor area! While we spent most of our time out of the house it was the perfect space to come home to in the evenings and everyone slept well!
What an amazing home. I needed a place for my family to stay at while in town for a funeral and I must say this home was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone to hang out and visit. My family came from Kansas city, lake of the ozarks, Ohio, and Texas to attend the funeral of my grandmother so this house was a blessing. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The piano was great because both my oldest son and his fiancée play. All and all it was a great experience.
Thanks again.
