This is the best property we have stayed at. Clean, spacious, inviting and big enough to still have private time. Only downfall was being so busy we didn’t get to spend much time there. :(

Perfect Rustic Getaway for the Whole Family

We chose this property to share a Holiday meal with a 91 year old family member, who lives in an assisted living center and rarely gets out to family gatherings. The entire family was highly impressed with the clean, huge and open areas that were so impressively decorated. The kitchen was fantastic for preparing the meal and the dining area had plenty of room for a large family to sit down to a meal together, enjoying each other's company. All of the woodwork throughout the lodge, along with the firplaces and taxidermy animals made every room warm, inviting, and very interesting! It was too cold for us to enjoy the ping pong table and corn hole, but we had the magical experience of waking up to a white blanket of snow all around us and the large picture windows gave us an excellent view of the winter wonderland surrounding the lodge. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was EXCEPTIONAL! We loved how it was decorated and made us feel welcomed. There were plenty of beds, pillows, towels, and 3 bathrooms! They even had games for us to play! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!

Perfect place for a family

The property was beautiful and extremely clean and well kept. There was plenty of room for our big family and dog. I would definitely stay again.

Property was well maintained and immaculate. The home had 3 good sized bedrooms and both an upstairs and downstairs living area. There a 2 dining tables as well as 2 ovens and 2 microwaves. Although only about a mile from the interstate, it feels far from everywhere - calm, serene, and cozy. Fire pit, table tennis, board games, and frisbee golf for entertainment. Horses come to the fence in the morning asking to be pet. Definitely a place for relaxation in the heart of Missouri wine country!

Perfect & Peaceful

This property was perfect for our weekend trip and we would love to return! The home was clean and had every amenity we needed. Our only regret is that we spent so much time out and about that we hardly had the time to enjoy the house or scenery! !

Peaceful and relaxing

The pictures of the property do not do it justice. Absolutely gorgeous and enjoyable. It is a hunter's and fisherman's Taj Mahal. The mounts are spectacular which adds credence to the entire household. The decor was soft and inviting us to be right at home. The furniture and beds were extremely comfortable and inviting the soul to relax. After a very long day of travel, this house fit the bill for rejuvenating. Likewise, contact with the hosts was extremely enjoyable and simple. Our only regret was we could not stay long enough. I will return on an individual trip to enjoy this wonderful setting and a house of dreams!

Girls' Wine Tasting Trip

This property was PERFECT to come back to after spending the day in Hermann for my daughter's 22nd birthday. I wish I could have recorded my daughter and her friends' faces as we turned onto the driveway and down to the property. Their eyes lit up seeing the outside activities and the spacious property. Too bad it was only for the night.When we got inside they were in shock seeing TWO stoves, ovens and microwaves and all the bedrooms and bathrooms. We spent the evening playing games and enjoying the various wines purchased during our outting.This property was TRULY PERFECT, not only because of the size, but enjoying the quiet country location just far enough off the highway relative distance to Hermann and the next town over to grab groceries without having to drive too far. We look forward to coming back hopefully for more than just a night for some good quality family/girl bonding time.

Family visit for wedding

We enjoyed our stay! We traveled in from out of state for a wedding and needed a multi generation family friendly place. The house was accessible for our grandmother who uses a cane. She preferred staying upstairs so she could sit in the shower since the walk in shower downstairs did not have a place to sit down. Stairs to get from front door to main floor had a good railing for her to get up to the main floor. Sidewalk ramp was wonderfully paved easy to park alongside to walk to the door. The locks were a little tricky you had to pull the door closed and hold it for the lock to catch but other than that we had no problems getting in and out. Everything looked exactly like if not better than the pictures. When we come back to Missouri to visit our family we probably won't bother to stay anywhere else this place is that great! Additional things we as a family enjoyed: Large kitchen and dining room that fit everyone, beautiful property, lots of natural light, disc golf, downstairs patio to sit on, upstairs and downstairs living room spaces, ease of check in, cleanliness of property, communication with property management was prompt and easy. 5 stars we couldn't have asked for a better stay!

We planned a guys weekend to the area to play Eagles Crossing Disc Golf. I found this gem of a listing and sent it along with another listing to the fellas. It was unanimous that we stayed at 73 Pointers Ranch and we were so glad we did. The creativity and vision that went into this house is inspiring. The hosts, Carla and Rick, literally thought of everything. The interior design and decoration is off the charts. Just when you thought you saw it all….you will find something else cool that you missed. The home is super clean and the outdoor space and scene are incredible. Truly a home for hosting even in pouring rain you can enjoy the outdoors. The hosts were responsive and made sure we had everything we needed….down to Q-tips. Our only suggestion in the Guest Book was getting a disc basket for the lower field for us disc golf addicts. Carla literally text me the same day we left saying they had found and bought a basket and some discs. THE SAME DAY OF DEPARTURE! If that doesn’t say committed as a Host……I don’t know what does. We will definitely be back. Thank you again Rick and Carla!
