Renovated with passion, the accommodation is located at the foot of the castle close to the banks of the Loire; in the old quarter of Saumur. Its atmosphere offers a soft and poetic place from where its name 'Poésies de Loire'.

A city on the banks of the Loire with its bright white walls and blue iridescent roofs, Saumur brings together chapters of its history at the powerful and majestic rhythm of the river. Royal city and Prince’s castle, equestrian capital with the evocative name of fine bubbles or quiet wines.
Housing
Apartment with an entrance that serves the different rooms of the accommodation: a beautiful fully equipped kitchen-living room, a first bedroom with a double bed (160cmx200), a second with two single beds (80cmx200) that can be connected to create only a double (160cmx200), a clean and functional bathroom, without forgetting the separate toilet.

REMINDER:
-The dwelling is not accessible PMK.
-Sleeping:
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160x200
- 1 bedroom with possibility of two beds of 80x200 or a bed of 160x200 bringing them together with a security (bed linen suitable)
- possibility to unfold the sofa to have 2 additional beds
Passenger access
The apartment is located on the 1st floor, accessible from a stone staircase recently renovated.
Other remarks
Bed and bath linen rental included.

The apartment is equipped with a coded key box, to facilitate as much as possible the entry and exit of tenants, but also to avoid any loss or theft.
