In a quiet area, surrounded by an enclosed garden, the house with a surface area of 120m2 is well suited for a family with children. <br>On the first floor, the entrance hall distributes the dining room with open kitchen, the living room and a bedroom (with bathroom and separate toilet) which can be isolated by a door offering a guarantee of independence for couples of friends. The dining room and the living room open onto the south-facing terrace and garden.<br>Upstairs, the shower room and separate toilet are shared by the two bedrooms.<br>The garage, with access through the kitchen, has the washing machine, a sink and storage for garden furniture, barbecue and various objects.<br>The customs path (GR 34) offers superb hikes along the coast and up to the Pointe Saint Mathieu. The beach of Bilou, 400m away, is family-friendly, the nearby town is accessible by a path. At the pier of the port of Le Conquet, you can embark for the islands.<br><br>PLEASE NOTE<br>* The instructions for use of the equipment and useful addresses are in the white binder.<br>* Bed linen and towels are optional and can be provided at an additional cost on arrival (9€ per bed and 6€ per person for towels: a bath towel, a towel and a glove). They will be paid to the concierge on arrival, when the keys are handed over.<br>* Containers for waste must be taken out on the street on Sunday evening for collection on Marine Monday. So thank you for being kind enough to take out your predecessor's container<br>* The house must be left in the same condition as upon arrival. <br>* Some of the activities presented are located 15 minutes away by car

La maison est un peu dans son jus mais très spacieuse et fonctionnelle, parfaite avec un petit, il y a de l espace. Manque un vrai salon de jardin pour 6...la table est un peu petite...mais le reste parfait

Très bon séjour.Maison confortable, au calme, très bien équipée, et proche de la jolie petite plage du Bilou et du sentier du littoral.Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Myriam.

Excellent séjour

La Maison très bien située, joliment décorée très agréable et spacieuse. Un sèche linge aurait été apprécié avec la météo capricieuse mais hormis ce détail, c'était parfait!

Wunderbare Lage

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut. Die Ausstattung des Hauses auf einem sehr guten Niveau, vor allem, was die Küche angeht. Alle Küchengeräte funktionierten einwandfrei. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist etwas älter (70-80 Jahre), jedoch in einem guten Zustand. Das einzige Minus war, dass wir die Bettwäsche und Handtücher extra bezahlen mussten, was bei der Buchung nicht klar gewesen ist. Die Lage ist sehr gut. In der Nähe befinden sich mehrere Strände. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäckerei und die Innenstadt sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Semaine en famille

Nous avons passez de tres bonne vacances dans la maison d'Anne-Marie. La maison edt agréable, calme, les pièces sont grandes, le jardin a permi aux enfants de jouer dehors et j'ai beaucoup aimé d'appercevoir l'ocean depuis la fenetre de la cuisine.

Einfach, aber praktisch

Die Ankunft war etwas problematisch: Die Vermieterin war verreist und die Concierge ging nicht ans Telefon. Trotzdem haben wir es schließlich geschafft, das Objekt zu beziehen. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Allerdings riecht es überall muffig wie im Kölner Dom. Der Geruch geht in alle Kleidungsstücke - auch in die ungetragenen. Er ist erst mit mehreren Wäschen wieder zu entfernen.

L'arrivée un dimanche est un peu problématique, c'est pourquoi la location court du samedi au samedi. Néanmoins, le problème a été résolu dès que vous nous avez appelé. Quant à l'odeur, elle provient des meubles anciens que nous allons remplacer, suite à vos remarques.

Vacances au Conquet dans une grande maison

Malheureusement, l’humidité et le renfermé étaient présents… on a ouvert en grand tous les jours, et tout ce qui restait de nos habits non portés, on a dû tout relaver… sinon emplacement très agréable, la plage toute à côté, un point négatif pour la commune, le ramassage des ordures tous les 15 jours.

Il y a une ventilation permanente dans la maison. Elle a peut-être été mise sur le niveau faible et n'a pas suffi à aérer correctement la maison avec le temps particulièrement pluvieux. Lors de nos différents séjours en demi-saison, nous n'avons pas pas été confrontés à cette humidité, mais nous avons toujours eu du beau temps. En ce qui concerne les poubelles, nous ferons part de vos remarques à la mairie Nous espérons toutefois que vous avez pu profiter pleinement de votre séjour

Dommage !

Le Conquet : très bien . Beaux paysages . Maison des années 60-70 spacieuse et bien située, bien agencée.. Couleurs de cette époque . Ensemble sombre malgré des murs repeints Jardin bien entretenu. Bon chauffage . Les points noirs : 1- LA PROPRETÉ +l'odeur de renfermé pendant 4 ou 5 jours .Problème de propreté dans cuisine, particulierement les tiroirs que nous avons dû renettoyer ( cadavres insectes, araignées) couverts assiettes à relaver + un drap avec taches et débris poils ? plumes ? que nous avons demandé à changer+ poussiere un peu partout 2- EQUIPEMENT CUISINE très insuffisant pour 6 en particulier PAS DE VRAI FOUR , juste plaque et micro-ondes, 2 casseroles , 2 poeles 1 cocotte . Nous avons dû racheter bols . Couverts style "cantine". Pas de fer à repasser. Les vieux appareils ( lave-linge, aspirateur,) ainsi que la TV marchent correctement . Il est clair que nous avons " essuyé les plâtres". La personne chargée de la maison a eu l'intelligence de nous dépanner au maximum, et les locataires suivants n'auront probablement pas les mêmes déconvenues .

Monsieur' Je suis désolée de vos remarques..je suis étonnée de votre appréciation concernant la propreté car nous avons tout nettoyé en juin ( tiroirs et couverts). Par ailleurs Myriam fait ŕegulièrement le ménage et aère la maison. Quant aux araignées, à la campagne, elles rentrent sans demander d'autorisation ! Il n'y a pas eu d'animaux dans la maison depuis plus de 10 ans. Nous tenons compte de vos remarques concernant le manque de casseroles et poêles. Un fer à repasser et une table qui ne figuraient pas dans la liste des équipement vous ont été fournis, suite à votre demande. Par ailleurs, je précise que le micro-onde est un four mixte qui peut servir de four traditionnel. Une fiche d'utilisation est située dans la corbeille près du four. Nous espérons cependant vous avez pu profiter pleinement de votre séjour. Cordialement
