Everything was pretty and mostly in good condition. We got there and there was no power in the first bedroom to the right as you walk in. Luckily my husband is a fixer/diy. He found the breaker box and the breaker had flipped. Then the second night, for some odd reason the hot tub quit heating. Again my husband fixed it. Other than that, the pool was cold. They didn’t advertise it to be heated, but I assumed with it being an indoor pool, it would be. Just make sure if you are looking for an indoor heated pool, check with the host first.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive and find the power out in the bedroom, and we appreciate your husband taking the time to locate the breaker and restore it. We also sincerely apologize for the hot tub stopping heating during your second night, as that is not something you should have had to deal with while trying to relax and enjoy your stay. We regret that the pool temperature was not what you expected and understand how that assumption could be made with it being an indoor pool. While the pool is not advertised as heated, we certainly understand how that could have impacted your experience. Your feedback is incredibly helpful, and we will be reviewing these concerns with our team to ensure everything is properly checked for future guests. We truly regret that these issues occurred during your visit and that it affected your overall stay. Thank you

Wonderful Escape

We had an amazing experience here, we didn't want to leave. The property manager was very helpful throughout our stay. The pool was our favorite part. We're definitely thinking about booking for next year

No WiFi complete trip. Had to go buy movies to watch on the DVD. We left movies there for the next guest in case they have the same issues. They did credit me back for no WiFi.

Splash N More cabin

Very nice property. Had a couple of minor imperfections that kept the cabin from being the best of the various we’ve visited in the last 7 years. The largest being that there wasn’t a guest/half bath, so that bathrooms had to be accessed through a bedroom, where someone could be sleeping. I’m glad that we knew that ahead of time, so we were able to avoid awkward situations.

We could not get into property. The keycode given to us did not work. It took forever to get ahold of property manager to get into cabin.we left call back numbers and never received call back. We encountered another maintenence issue. That was taken care of acceptably.

Pool should have been maintained better, contacted property manager for toliet paper and front door that would not lock never heard back from them. Also WiFi was not working

Nice cabin

Overall of stay was nice and kids had a great time in the pool and the games. Only complaints was we reachednout to property owners and told them we had no hot water at sink and fridge and freezer wouldnt get cold. We were told someone would be out by end of day to fix it on friday but no one ever showed. The ice maker didnt work either.

While we were able to send maintenance out to address the issues you reported, they, unfortunately, required a vendor who was not available to go out that day. We truly apologize for you having to experience this on what was supposed to be a relaxing, enjoyable getaway for you and your family. The cabin itself was very nice. The communication from the third party management company was awful. We booked this house through VRBO but all the communication was through a different company including having to sign other paperwork/contracts after booking it through Vrbo already. The description on VRBO stated there was a high chair and outdoor tv present. Both were not present. When we asked about this we were told that Vrbo listed it incorrectly. We drove 8 hours to get to here only to drive another 30 to the store to buy a high chair. And could not watch the football game on the deck/hot tube as expected. The community pool was inside and heated which was nice however, we stood outside the entrance door to the pool for 30 minutes in the cold waiting for someone from the management company to figure out the pool door code as it was sent to us in an email. The garage container outside is caged in for the bears. We filled that up a few in and it was never emptied leaving us forced to take the garage to other places to dispose of. No board games, pool toys, toys, liter for grill or cards were present.

Nice and clean

We all enjoyed the cabin very much. Pool and hot tub were clean, bedrooms great. Lots of room. The only thing that I think needs addressing is the kitchen lighting. During the day it’s fine, but come evening it’s very dark and hard to see in the kitchen area. The high ceilings are beautiful but the light fixture is so high up above the table that it doesn’t cast enough light in the kitchen area. Made it difficult to cook and prepare meals. No lights under cabinets or above the sink, no light on the stove so it made cooking challenging, and dish clean up also. A light above the sink area would be very helpful and the stove as well.

Fun cabin

Great complete cabin. Kitchen and cabin well stocked. Great place if you have kids. My kids loved the pool and indoor arcade games. The foosball was a big hit as well. All beds were comfy and was nice to watch sports laying and relaxing in bed. The management company was great and very responsive when I had a question. Only problem we had for a couple of nights was the in and out traffic (neighbors looked like they were having a car show, so all we heard the first 2 nights was low rider “ricer” fart mufflers in and out till 4 am. Kitchen well stocked. Internet was a little bit slow because it is VIASAT but I think thats all that is available in the area.
