Old house with swimming pool near St Malo

Our house is an old dependency of the principal house « La Malouinière », built at the beginning of the 18th century.

With an area of 200 m2, completely renovated, it can accommodate up to 10 people.
There you will find a large garden with garden table, deck chairs and barbecue.
It is equipped with a secure swimming pool (10 x 4.5 m) which is heated

The house is located less than 10 minutes from the beaches by car and 10 minutes from the TGV station.
