I don’t think my words here will do it justice as to how phenomenal our stay was. By location, it’s perfect with Saint Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Ploubalay, Mont St Michel, Fort La Latte, Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer, Cancale, Rennes - just some of the places we visited. The local area is stunning. Very countryside, rural beauty. Close enough to villages and civilisation but rural enough to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the French way of life. We absolutely loved it. And there are some beautiful little walks straight from the house and a dog friendly, utterly stunning beach, just 5 minutes drive away. The house itself is gorgeous with all amenities you could need and more. In fact my only critique is that the pictures online don’t do the true beauty of the place justice. We had 7 adults each week and one child on the second of our holiday, along with our two dogs and we had just the most fantastic stay. And the hot tub was our guilty pleasure! Caroline was fantastic, living in the house just next door and was on hand for anything we needed. If you stay here, you’ll love her too, her warmth and her friendly way. I’d recommend this place in a heartbeat and we as a family will most definitely be back. We’ve stayed now in this part of France 4 times in recent years, but this, by a country mile, was by far our favourite! Thanks so much for having us! We miss it already!Ps sorry there are no photos! We were enjoying ourselves so much! We forgot to take house pics

Summer 2024

Whereas the Communication with the agency / FeWo Website did not work as it should be, the contact to Keith (owner) and Caroline (local host) was always perfect. The House was excellent and so was the the Location. Perfect beaches reachable at least by car and the local beach by foot. In the summertime docs are not allowed , but somehow accepted in they behave well…. Many thanks , love to come again.

Would stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at this rental for a week. The house was very clean on our arrival and well stocked. Caroline, the host, was so responsive and her location right next door meant that when there was a problem she could be there within minutes. The kitchen was well equipped. The internet worked great throughout the house without interruption (just don’t expect to do anything too demanding as zoom video calls maxed the 5mbps bandwidth). The location was great—a few minutes drive to a great beach, butcher, and boulangerie, and a larger supermarket was only a few minutes further. Our children loved it and we would love to return someday!

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday. The house was excellent. There was myself, my husband, our two children and my parents who are in their seventies. The house suited everyone. Very spacious with everything you could need. From coat hangers to an American style fridge. Definitely a home from home. The outside area is just as fantastic with a bbq area, ample seating and a large lawned area. The kids loved the hot tub. Our host Caroline was very friendly and helpful. We didn’t have any issues but I’m sure if we did she would have been on hand to help. It’s in a fantastic area. Lancieux is a beautiful little town. We wouldn’t hesitate to visit the area and the house again. Thank you!

Bref merci beaucoup !!!
