Escape to our charming, spacious Villa, ideally located less than a five-minute walk from the plaza, beautiful white-sand beach, restaurants, cafés, gift shops, coffee houses, and ice cream shops.

The property offers a peaceful, relaxing setting, with quiet, palm-tree-lined streets and beautifully landscaped grounds featuring lush tropical plants. Guests can enjoy several outdoor seating areas throughout the property and around the year-round heated pool, perfect for sipping morning coffee, reading a book, or simply relaxing in the fresh ocean air.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, including a dual coffee maker that accommodates both drip coffee and pods, as well as a dishwasher. Complimentary beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, a wagon, and a cooler with ice packs are available, making trips to the beach easy and hassle-free.

An outdoor grill with cooking utensils and complimentary propane is also available for guest use. Convenient complimentary parking for one vehicle is included.

Seagrape Villa Bella is located in a relaxed, charming beach town with everything close by and easy to reach on foot. Days can be split between the ocean, the year-round heat pool, and nearby restaurants, without needing to drive. The tree-lined neighborhood is quiet, quaint, and has a relaxed coastal feel.

This is a very nice unit located just a few minutes walk from the beach. Also walking distance to many good restaurants and bars. The unit includes everything you need for the beach: towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. I would book it again.

We enjoyed our stay here so well we plan to be back soon. This is everything you need for a vacation. Host was excellent and we were thrilled to find this vacation spot just like the pictures that were displayed in the advertising.

Great Location

Unit is as nice as the pictures show and the location would be hard to beat. Easy walk to all the fun restaurants and bars. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect getaway!

My husband and I came to the area for a quick two night trip and wished we could have stayed longer! The property was clean and beautiful. Close to everything including the beach. We hopefully will get a chance to come back for a longer trip!

Nice place and nice location

Enjoyed our stay. Eddie is very responsive and communicates well. He does his best to make your stay go well. The bathroom is a touch small and could use a bit of an update, but definitely sufficient. Just as a heads up, the pool area is shaded quite a bit, which was good for us, but maybe not others. I would recommend this location.

The best hidden gem

Best location. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. Super close ocean access. Property managers quick responses and hospitality was awesome. Pictures are 100% accurate. So cute. Beach chairs and umbrella provided ☺️ we will definitely book again.

Wonderful Stay

Beautiful, clean, and well stocked apartment. Everything you need for a great beach vacation. The pool was sparkling clean and warm. We especially liked the outdoor areas. Very private property a short 5 minute walk to beach, shops, and restaurants. The property manager Patty is very nice. Cannot say enough about Eddie. Very responsive and kind. Already made plans to return next year.

Beautiful condo at Lauderdale by the Sea

We had a wonderful time staying in Eddie and Liana's condo!! The location is perfect with a short walk to the town, restaurants and the beach! This condo has everything that you would need and was very clean and comfortable. It also has all your needs for the beach, which includes beach chairs, umbrella and a wagon to take everything. We had a great time and totally enjoyed our stay. Eddie and Liana are such wonderful and kind hosts who happened to be there during the week we stayed. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We are looking forward to booking for next year!! Thank you to Eddie and Liana!!

Our Bungalow Home In The Sun

We have stayed at a number of vacation locations in our lifetime. But the Seagape Villa Bella is one of those locations that we will never forget! From the time we step through the door it felt like home. Everything you may have wanted was at your fingertips Nothing forgotten! The quality of the finishes were impeccable ! The location was center to town but away from its noise. One add for older visitors might be hand rails in the shower. Well done my friends … we will definitely will return!

Perfect spot for 2

The property is beautiful and looks as pictured. Great location and perfect for my husband and I to stay in for the weekend. While we were out one night in Fort Lauderdale, I had the unfortunate experience of my phone being stolen, which had the smart app on it to get in and out of the property, and Eddie was very responsive and helpful. Great host and beautiful property!

Great Property

We enjoyed our stay. Biggest pros of the property: 1. location 2. great pool area 3. nicely decorated and landscaped 4. Property Manager, Patty was so kind and around often. The only con was that we were able to hear the upstairs "neighbors" through the ceiling at night, which made it difficult to sleep. We didn't hear the first neighbors at all, but when they left, we could clearly hear the others (voices and banging). Property was superb in other respects. I would recommend.

Great vacation

Place was perfect. Pool is shaded, and very refreshing during the day. Manager Patti was awesome. Saw her everyday, always availeable if needed. About 5 minute walk to beach. Close to many good restaurants. We will definently stay there again.
