Balcony was small. Master bedroom had no windows or sliding glass door to let outside air in. View from master bedroom was gorgeous while lying in bed. We were hassled everyday about bringing our beach chair & sun shade to beach since they wanted to rent them to us. Lots of places to eat in walking distance

This property is very run down. There is a smell in the whole building that was very unpleasant. My one son didn’t even want to stay due to the smell. The shower water was barely luke warm. I needed to clean with Clorox Wipes to feel a little cleaner. The windows for the view of the ocean were all foggy and you could not see well. I would never stay there again.

I LOVE that the communication with the host was via text message. Much easier than email. The air conditioner had an issue with leaking water and she send out maintenance quickly with text message to let me know the exact time of arrival.

We had everything we needed right on site. Loved the pool, tiki bar and resteraunt. Everyone was very friendly. We were close to all activities and attractions. We even witnessed baby sea turtles making their way to the ocean! Amazing sight! Everything was just perfect!

The resort was a tremendous location with a lot of in-house options. The views do not get any better and the place was perfect. Christina has top notch communication and is so nice to work with! Definitely recommend!

First time to Fort Lauderdale

This was our first time to Fort Lauderdale. The condo was great. We had an issue with the toliet when we first arrived. Christina was very response and had the maintenance man, Jorge come up right away to assist. We loved the pool and tiki bar. The Italian restaurant was delicious.

Beach stay

We were not aware that the property has hotel rooms. We paid a premium for location and were surprised at the hotel clientele . The property/hotel staff were very nice . Check in process was a breeze .

Fantastic Stay

Christina was an absolute pleasure. Her communication and attention to detail was outstanding. The condo was clean and was exactly what the pictures described, the view is spectacular. I would definitely stay again and highly this property for your next vacation!

We had a very relaxing New Years Eve vacation week! The condo had everything we needed. Loved having the pool and beach so close! And being able to get food and drinks while at pool/beach.

Amazing Stay

This was a wonderful condo and exactly as described! It’s very large and had everything you could want! Another great perk was that Christina(owner) provided 4 beach chairs and towels! This made our days so much easier to just go right to the beach. We loved the tiki bar on site. It does get somewhat loud with the music at night on some nights, but not too bad. And, you don’t hear anything in th e condo. We will definitely rent here again. Also, the location can’t be beat. We didn’t have a car, and walked to Winn Dixie and to dinner at a local restaurant.

The unit is beautiful, updated, and a perfect location in the building with a view of the ocean and the pool/bar area. The communication with the owner was top-notch. Christina was attentive and helpful in every way. The resort itself had some stringent policies about coolers at the pool and beach, but this was mostly enforced on the weekends. The tiki bar was awesome. It was actually on an episode of "Bar Rescue" about 10 years ago (was cool to watch the episode after our stay) and the food and drink were top notch with some less expensive happy-hour options. Highlights of our trip included watching a hatchling sea turtle make his way to the shore, meeting UFC fighter C. McGregor training at the beach directly in front of our condo. Overall, it was a great trip, and we look forward to coming back.

Property was very clean and nicely furnished, with plenty of space and a great view,. We would've appreciated a later check-out time, but were otherwise pleased with our experience.

Amazing family vacation!

Our stay was wonderful! We loved the view! Watching the sunrise from bed every morning was so lovely. It was so nice having a kitchen and beach chairs to use. We would definitely come back! Communication with owner was great! We had no problems!

Great Location

Location was great! Apartment had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrella for the beach. Nice kitchen and a supermarket within walking distance. Great overall family oriented location.

We had a great stay at this condo. The tiki bar and restaurants had excellent food and drinks. Loved the view and the convenience of being so close to the beach.

We love Fort Lauderdale and have been searching for a long time to find a condo building that suited our lifestyle.

We fell in love with this building because of its fantastic location. Right on the beach :) and the idea that it is a condo hotel. Since the property is a condo hotel we can rent it out on a weekly basis and it does not sit empty while we are too busy to come for a holiday. We love the idea that we can share our place to relax with our guests when we are not here.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The condo is located on the Galt Ocean Mile which is directly on the beach. There is not a road or any obstruction between us and the ocean & beach. The beach & ocean just a short elevator ride down to the ground floor and a few steps away. In addition to having the beach right at your feet, if you are not into swimming in the ocean there is a wonderful heated pool with a Tiki bar.
There is a grocery store, lots of restaurants, CVS, liquor store and much much more all within a short walk. If you don't want to rent a car you can still easily enjoy your stay without a car. :)
