This property is located on the 4th floor, accessible by a lift. Please note that it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Designed with an open space, the main area features a comfy sofa, where you can relax, a wide-screen TV and a dining table. It has large windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens up the space, and it has access to a lovely balcony with a table and chairs.

This space also has a kitchenette equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric plate, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities for your use.

On the other hand, there is a comfy double bed with hotel-quality linens that ensures a good night's rest. It also has a wardrobe and a chest of drawers to store your belongings.

Last but not least, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. There is also a washing machine.

The flat is always professionally cleaned for your health and safety.

This is a great location to explore the city. The Grande Arche de la Defense, Parc André Malraux, Parvis de la Défense, Espace Grande Arche, Fontaine d'Agam, Parc Nelson Mandela, Notre-Dame de Pentecôte, and Park Chenevreux are all nearby. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants and bars, such as Le Paradis du Fruit, Domino's Pizza Puteaux, L'Escargot 1903 par Yannick Tranchant, L'Olympique 1924, Hôtel l'Amandier Nanterre La Défense, and Le Tournesol. Cafes, such as Le Gavroche, are also nearby.

The La Défense train station is only a 14-minute walk away, and Nanterre Université is only 1.9 km away. Courbevoie and Esplanade de La Défense are also nearby, at 2.1 km. For those who want to explore further, Colombes is only 5.1 km away.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
