Our host, Vincent, was really good and provided us with all the information we needed. He was also available by phone for any questions or concerns we had during our stay. This is a well equipped apartment.

Appartement très bien situé (métro ligne 4 à 4 minutes de marche) dans un quartier résidentiel. Plein de commerces et restaurants à proximité. Grand lit confortable, Appartement confortable. Salle de bain petite et douche difficile d'accès pour gens à mobilité réduite.Hôte accueillant et disponible.Avons aimé notre séjour.

Paris Charm

A diverse real Parisian neighbourhood great for vegans. People watch from a cafe, or pick up Indian or Lebanese food. Create your own walking tour into the busy centre, or hop on the Metro 3 minutes from the apartment. Very fast regular service. The apartment is perfect for one or two, beautifuly decorated and well appointed. Vincent is very professional and responsive. The shower may challenge someone with mobility issues, but part of the quirkiness of old Paris. The views from the top floor are picture postcard Parisian, and there is an elevator. I stayed for six nights, and felt both at home and in a dream.

Beautiful apartment ideally located

Vincent was a great host, met us when we arrived and was on hand via message if we needed him. Beautiful clean apartment with ample facilities. Netflix was an added bonus for relaxing after a day sight seeing. Metro very close to get you all around Paris. Small local shops close by for any essentials you need. Would highly recommend.

Excellent Séjour

L'appartement est parfait pour deux personnes, charmant, calme, bien agencé mais aussi très Parisien pour ceux qui veulent faire l'expérience de ce que c'est de vivre à Paris. C'est un excellent espace de vie avec tout ce que l'on peut avoir besoin pour un séjour en toute tranquillité. Perfect little apartment, great location

We loved our stay here. We were really only there to sleep and shower, but it was such a great location for proximity to a metro. It felt safe at night, the bed was comfortable. It was very easy to get a hold of Vincent. Would stay here again.

Great stay close to Montmartre

We had a great time at Vincent's apartment. It is close to the Metro and his dinner recommendations are great. He has been very responsive. The apartment is well stocked. The apartment has all the essentials and provided a great base for our 6 night Paris adventure.

Lovely stay in little Parisian apartment

We had a very pleasant stay and everything went smoothly. The apartment (and the lift) is very small but we felt very comfortable and we could found everything we needed. The neighbourhood is quite interesting, close to Sacré-Cœur and his bohemian area, and it has a boulangerie just at the corner of the street that no matter what time is it they will have delicious things, what makes it better!

3 weeks living as Parisians

Apartment was a typical Parisian apartment - nicely decorated, quiet and comfortable bedroom, small but serviceable kitchen, handy location for shopping and transportation. Host was excellent.

Rude Host

Arrived late due to flight and Driver not showing up. This followed by many texts from Vincent as I was trying to solve the problem without sleep and an overnight hospital stay in Norway. On arriving, the Host commented on Luggage, then very quickly ran through the proceeds of this apartment then abrutly left, The next 2 days I had trouble getting in the Apartment door (very different to what I am use to and due to the impatience of instruction by the Host on my arrival and my lack of sleep on arrival). I spent the first to nights, on the steps waiting for another tenant in the complex to come along for help, as after my the rude and impatience from the host ar meeting, I felt cautioned to reach out after 9pm. On the third night, I texted him. He was not Happy...and staated he was was 20 mins away. On Arrival, Vincent proceeded to let me know that NOBODY had ever had trouble before, blah blah blah. After all the criticism, I asked him if he would like me to find accomadation elsewhere...he stated that was up to me. The day after I arrived I had sent Vincent an text reiterating my circumstancs the night previous with an apology in hope of better communication moving forward. He did not replyto that text, hence my caution in the days following. "Is this is what is Called a Star Host in Paris"??? FYI: The Shower Door is Quite Small, so it may be a Squeeze for some.

Sacré-Cœur vor dem Fenster

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es ist eine schöne große Wohnung, die scheinbar vom Eigentümer auch selbst teilweise bewohnt wird. Dementsprechend zeigt die Wohnung auch Gebrausspuren, was uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört hat. Mit Boiler und Gasherd mussten wir uns erstmal anfreunden, war dann aber doch ganz einfach :) Vom Schlafzimmer aus kann man Sacré-Cœur sehen, wunderschön! Man ist super schnell bei Metrostationen der Linie 4 und 12. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und ein Bäcker gleich 2 Eingänge weiter. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Magnifique séjour à Paris!

Très bon accueil du propriétaire Vincent, belle générosité de sa part puisque nous avons accès à son matériel personnel (livres, condiments, café, savon à linge). Appartement agréablement décoré et confortable, quartier populaire (près de nombreux commerces et restos). À pied du Montmartre. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement!

Great flat, amazing neighbourhood!

Cosy flat with all the things you need. Great location near two lines of metro and amazing neighbourhood - this area is always alive. Montmarte is just 15 minutes walk away. And when you bend a little you can see the Sacre Coeur from bedrooms window

Très bon séjour

Vincent vous propose un appartement 2 pièces tout confort, lumineux et bien aéré (non pas un petit studio comme la plupart des locations saisonnières à Paris). Tout était conforme à l'annonce et nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'ascenseur de l'immeuble, le lit et les oreillers très confortables, la douche, le quartier. L'appartement de Vincent est l'un des meilleurs rapports qualité/prix que nous avons eu à Paris. Il y a aussi de bonnes adresses dans le quartier, surtout aux environs de Jules Joffrin, comme par exemple, Polissons, Les Comestibles, Hiru, From Jura with Love, la Fromagerie du Bas Montmartre, Boulangerie du Square etc. Il s'agit là d'un Paris tranquille et souriant.
